Would somebody mind posting links to these companies, and somewhat rate them for their reliability?
I am considering a bulk order, and it seems there are a handful of companies. I just don't know who is legit.
I am considering an order of KR808D-1 batteries/empty carto's/various chargers.

It's sounding like your orders are getting hung up in customs due to fluids.

The company I ordered from is the main distributor for the CE2 cartomizers. They also have a bunch of other stuff. Personally I have had no problem with them, in fact I've had nothing but good experiences. I made sure I emailed them with exact requirements (see above) and also made sure I did the same in the comments section of the order.

Another company I use from China is an ECF supplier called Health Cabin. They recently moved buildings and deliveries were a bit all over the place, but they tell me all is back to normal.
