I am real tired of the behavior of some of the so called "artisan" juice vendors.
If you can't answer an email for 3 days when I have a question as I am on the verge of placing an order, I will just go someplace else.
I have to say that I tried the same thing with some of the non artisan juice vendors, and have always received a response, sometimes w/in a few hours, but always w/in 12-24.
I guess some of these people think they are too good to deal with the customers if it doesn't involve a credit card being put thru. ??
Anyway, will be changing my ordering patterns quite majorly soon. My new plan is that I ask a question, if it gets answered w/in 24 hours, then you get my order.
If not, hasta la vista.
The competition is fierce, there are new eliquid makers starting up weekly.....today's "darling" can become a "has been" very quickly, i guess they do not realize that.
