If you could have only one drip tip, what shape and material would it be?

Being a newbie, I'm curious about all the different drip tips. I have 5 assorted drip tips purchased with my first few orders. But, I don't want to spend a small fortune trying every possible combination.

So far, I like an acrylic material in a cone shape. My only acrylic tip is in a Vase shape and my only cone shape is an aluminum.

Then again, I may end up buying a crapload of acrylics in all different shapes and sizes, just to try em out.

I like the acrylics in a pawn shape or hour glass shape. I don't like any metal drip tips, too cold! LOL bnrk

I prefer acrylics myself. They arent as cold feeling and they warm up quick. I also noticed that they dont need to be wiped off as often. I dont know why exactly, but everything sticks to smooth metal finishes. I would have thought it to be vice versa.

I have a few tips but prefer to use a Calabash style tip. Either stainless or ceramic works for me.

I get a weird taste in my mouth while using the aluminum tip, which sucks since I like the shape of my aluminum tip the best.

Quick question, do citrus and cinnamon flavors degrade acrylic tips?

I prefer the acrylic shortie column type. The bore is big enough to actual use it for dripping without getting it all over the drip tip
