I think I would be able to give it all up now. Its been several years without a cigarette so I think Id be ok now.

That being said, the other night I fell asleep on the couch watch Dr. No. When I woke up I couldnt find my Provari ANYWHERE. I was in a bit of a panic and felt the first stirrings of a nic fit ( which I havent felt in almost three years now ) Finally found my provari had fallen deep into the couch, started vaping and all was well. Hehe.

Most likely, yes.

I've been smoke free for over 2 years now and can't imagine going back to cigarettes.. if I couldn't get nic to make my juice then I plan to just vape my juice without the nic and wear a nic patch if I have to. Vaping has become such a major part of my life. I won't go back to smoking.

Please..everyone sign the petition linked at the top of the page! It's easier and quicker than building a new coil ;)

Good idea, I hadnt thought of that.

Simply, no. That would be the end of smoking and vaping altogether. I'd be the crankiest son of a gun on the planet for a while until I detox'd, but that would definitely be the end of it all. I feel so flippin' great now after only a month of vaping exclusively I would never go back. I won't ruin that.

I wish I could say I'd not go back to smoking, but I have no doubt that I would be back to over a pack a day within 4 or 5 days at the most and probably less. I'm an addict and whatever that point is that people get to who permanently quit and never go back to it I'm not there yet and doubt I ever will be. By people that quit and never go back to smoking I'm referring to those that quit without vaping. I don't mean that in any way to detract from quitting with vaping, I just realize that vaping (at least for me and a lot of others that I've seen post here on the forum) makes it so easy to quit smoking that it's like comparing apples to oranges since other methods are so difficult. Thankfully I've got vaping to make my weakness or whatever it is at least a lot less self destructive.

That's easy.

Real swedish snus and nasal snuff for the win!

I still smoke some. I had a good day today. Only 4 smokes all day. That is down from 1-2 PAD.

If I could not vape AT ALL - even 0% nic -I know for a fact I would go back to smoking. I think I could keep it down to 1/2 PAD if I kept it strictly outdoors.

If the clearos and T3's were still available, I prolly would be able to stay down or off of the smokes. I'm pretty sure I could figure out some DIY zero nic flavors.

As crazy as I know I drive my family with all my vaping stuff, I know they are very proud of the progress I've made with at least cutting down on the stinkies. If I couldn't vape, I would do my best to not dissapoint them.

But I know better than to make promises that I'm not sure I can keep.

I'd go back to chewing Nicorette which is a lot less hassle but boring. Due to Nicorette I hadn't smoked for 10 years and for the most part of my lfe ive been an on a short while off a long while smoker. I really dont like the cigarettes, the smell and burnt butts ashtrays. The last short session I went in to bedore i bought the gum i put them in water instead of ashtry, used a fan turned away from me to suck the smoke out of my way if in my home and wrapped my hair in a towel and washed my hands and brushed my teeth afterwards. I have some Swedish snus on the way to try. Never have.

I'd make my zero nic juices and go buy some niccorette gum to subsitiute the nic cravings (at this point I'd need like one piece of low strength per day, if that). I can rebuild both my phoenix and genisis atomizers so no big deal there.
Yah I'm pretty good to go on that market, worse case is that there will be nic avalible as its commonly used in the food industry as an organic pesticide.
More then likely vaping will survive without too many issues, there are an amount of people who are vested in this and unlike other deep pocket bribery products that don't work (I.E Chantix, Patch, Gum...ect) vaping has a mesurable rate of success.

I've wondered this as well and was thinking if ecigs were banned, would it only be nicotine products? Of course flavorings and pg/VG would be available but could we still by the pv's and tanks?

If so I'd have to say I'd try like hell to go the no nic route and keep vaping. Smoking analogs again isn't really an option. I don't want to ever wake up feeling like that again.

I would not, ever, as I have since realized the amount of money we, more importantly I, have given to the "man" over the years. It's disgusting and dissapointing to me. We are all smarter than that. The more important reasoning not to is for our health, our families, those that we love and the ones that love us.
Those big T companies dont give a shiz about me or you personally and have become more powerful with every penny we give to those greedy F's. The role they play with Washington with politicians as their pawns and their positioning in our society is disturbing along with the millions of dollars made to kill us.
Now those Ftards will try and monopolize the e cig industry to make up for the money that they are losing(because of vapors) and put the small business man or woman out. Greedy .......s.....
"........he mad"

sorry, rant/
So umm no.:)

I'm not really talking about a situation where e-cigs are banned (if there's any way to get my hands on them, or build them myself, I will!), but rather, if you woke up tomorrow in an alternate universe or something where vaping wasn't even a thing, would you smoke?

If I were in an alternate universe where vaping had never existed, it would depend on whether I was part of that universe and didn't know of such a thing. Like, in this universe, if I had never heard of vaping, I would still be smoking.

You can't un-know something. So, if I were in this fictional universe, being who I am and knowing what I know. I would find a way to vape. I could be the inventor!

And, to speak to what we're all more concerned about. If vaping becomes illegal here, I would still vape secretly in my home with 0% nic and find an alternative way to get the nic if I just had to have it (like the patch). I would try to experiment with avoiding smoking in public. Keep my blood sugar level, exercise, plenty of water, . . . . . But, I can't say that I would never smoke.
