I would have skipped my first 100$ kit of cigalikes and its cartridges.

This! Exactly.

As far as juice buying online...I don't think I'd undo that. There are so many juices I never could have tried. My local stores only carry a few of the better brands and at the time I started (the first time, over a year ago), they carried none. I've spent too much money online but in the end, I found juices that keep me happy and were good enough to get me through the initial cravings when I quit.

I would still have invested in the cigalike KR808 because I can't find the exact same flavors from juice as I can from those cartomizers. Plus, the cigalikes are perfect for stealth vaping. YMMV

I would still have tried the hundreds of juices I bought because now I know what I like and what I don't. And I can better help others find their juice niche having tried so many. Some flavors that I thought I would not like, it turned out I love, while some I thought would be my go-to juice just fizzled.

I would have gone to a B&M right away though, to sample flavors and to get quicker guidance on some things. I had to do a lot of research on my own.

I would have invested in sample packs instead of 10mls of 30 juices at a time.

I would not change much actually  It's all part of the vaping experience and journey.

Would not have bought my first cig-a-like which I threw in the bin after 4 hours, and caused me to carry on smoking for another year because I thought vaping tasted really bad.

Would have gone straight to something like an MPV 2 $35-40 instead of getting an eGo starter kit $35-40,and going through all that hassle with small battery capacity. Only at that time I think MPV's were about $60-70.

That's the only things I'd have done different. All the stuff like choosing my first flavours and trying my first tank upgrade was done at my very good local vape shop, so it was a try before you buy situation .

i have to say i would not have done one cotton pickin' thing different. i wouldn't take back the hundreds spent on disposables. they helped me cut back and see if it was a viable alternative. all the while i studied vaping. i don't live anywhere near a b&m but the grocery had njoy for $10ea. online $6. i didn't see a pv until we went home last thanksgiving. there i found a b&m and tasted some juice. bought 3 ego twist, clearomizers, and a few juices for my wife and myself. i wouldn't take back buying online practically every juice they make or a clearomizer for each one. not the lab equipment, the ultrasonic cleaner, the magnetic stirrer, the atomizers, the kayfuns, the kanger tanks, the vamos, the nememis, the kick v2, and the last bottle of castle long from five pawns because i cloned it. better than the original. smoke is hell. vapor is heavenly. no regrets. happy vaping y'all

Everything I tried helped me learn and grow. The 808 cigalikes right thru the bigger mods, the cartos right thru the larger tanks. Much of what I use today wasn't even available 2 years ago when I started.

The one thing I would have done differently is not stocking up on things (especially juices) before I really found the "right" thing. It's so exciting when you finally kick the smoking habit, and your tastes and preferences change so quickly at the beginning, that you typically end up with a cabinet full of stuff gathering dust. But that cabinet full of stuff still helped me find my go to devices and flavors.

Yes, me, too. Although they did get me through the first couple of weeks and even though they didn't taste so great, the nicotine did its job. Compared to what came later though, OMG, what a waste. I passed mine along to the only friend I have who still smokes. I think she stopped using it after a few weeks and never wanted to explore other options, which is too bad.:(
