If you use a Carto Tank easy punch tool

Went to Lowes to see if they had a Self Piercing Saddle Valve. They were available for $9

So easy to punch cartos with the saddle. Did it in the car as soon as I left the store. Alinement of the the punch is just shy of flush with the main cylinder and the bracket. I use the Liquinator.

Sorry couldn't resist. It is for a tank system. You put the punched carto in the tank and fill the tank with fluid. The one or two holes allow the fluid to keep the carto wet. It seems to work great and the cartos actually last longer as they are always wet.

I wish I was clever enough to make a tank. I have a Liquinator. Would have purchased the VPX from Happy Vaper but it was before Jack had any.

The Cherry Ming drip tip is great on tanks cause the bulge keeps the tanks from moving to much.

There's a Youtube vid detailing how to make one. Very cheap and easy to get parts. First get DIY down pat and then on to this project.

I've ruined 2 cartos doing this. Both timrs, the hole started too small. Then I went too big and flooded the thing. Still a work in progress for me.

It puts a hole in it Couldn't resist that one.

They are used after being punched in tanks.

I love new strange things - but no matter how much I study the pic I can't wrap my blonde brain around what this thing is and what you did to make it work.

I use the saddle valve to punch cartos as well, it is the best $7 buck I've spent in a long time

Works amazingly easy. My husband was either drilling or using the dremmel to "punch" my cartos. I wanted something I could easily do myself, I tried using the punch tools w/ a jig, I have weak hands that are clumsy so everything failed on the doing it solo... until I saw this. Picked one up at Lowes today for about $6, and it works like a charm.. I can now punch my own cartos!
