good grief, katz -- just read the below. Can you really get fined for having nic juice in australia?

Hmmm. Not good news for Australian vapers. According to the Aussie Vaper forum, this report aired in Queensland, where they've been having some issues with juice deliveries being confiscated. In other states this has not been an issue so far. Although it is a grey area, our laws state that you can import 3 months supplies and customs have said they cannot confiscate juice. It is the health authorities that are the potential problem.

Perhaps one good reason NOT to fill my own cartos? :(

How do they plan to catch you with it though Katz ? Raid your home ? If customs lets it in and it's delivered....
Oh, okay. just watched the video. So they'll notify the authorities when they scan the box for bottles...I understand now...WOW, I'd be worried too honey !!

I buy both pre filled and juice. Like the savings with juice and the juice tastes a little richer. But I like the convenience of pre filleds. It surprises me how many smokers act like vaping is ridiculous yet non smokers are thrilled that you've made the switch

Isn't that the truth! :blink::blink:

But I gave up on logic and the human race a long time ago . . . (present company excepted!:D)

Apparently what's been happening in Queensland that the postal service, including delivery people, have been alerting health authorities if they have reason to believe liquid nicotine products are in a parcel.

I'm only going on what I've read on the Aussie Vaper forum, as I live at the other end of the country. So it seems to be a crackdown specifically in QLD - for now at least. Haven't heard of problems elsewhere at this point.

It does seem ridiculous, when you consider what products are easily available locally and found in most homes. I feel weird, as I said earlier, just having syringes & needles in the house. Not that we're in a police state here, just a nanny state. Not even those of us old enough to be nannies are exempt from the lunacy.

Shampoo bottles?:lol::lol::lol: It might come to that!

Bump. My 1st juice arrived today! Well should've been first 2 juices but alas, the Nuport Wow didn't make it. Blank cartos, both Wow & Cool Cart also arrived, and I've been saving used wow cartos for refilling.
You guys would've laughed at me, the way I hid the Wowboy Peppermint bottle in the cupboard, along with the syringes, etc that I've been buying. Somehow I feel like a junkie or something just having these things in my house, esp because of above stuff about problems in Oz. I will have to be patient, wait til disapproving Hubby is out of house, so I can quietly sit & fill.

Nuport. There should've been Nuport. Send in the Nuport, don't bother they're.. no wait, they aren't here.
