So i started my venture into high-end hybrids when i finally broke down and bought a fecta from the classies a few months ago. I am thoroughly impressed by it, but there are some little issues i have with it that i dont have with some cheaper mods (for example, my 2nd carry- a magneto with an AGA-TD).
The biggest thing that ticks me off about the fecta, is the switch. It seems like the screw makes horrible contact with the batt; i need to press the switch really hard to the point where it dents the battery to get a really good hit (i'm using AW 18490's, and have tried sanding the head of the screw with 1000 grit). Not only is that screw to batt contact a problem, but i also need to take the switch apart almost every other day to clean the inside of it, where the button itself contacts the switch housing to ground. I take amazing care of this mod- it never sees moisture, dirt, anything. Yet there seems to be some sort of carbon buildup or something that keeps developing in the switch, to the point where it hits like the battery's dead until i clean the switch. I've already tried rubbing alcohol, no luck there either.
The next thing is the screw in the bottom of the atty portion- it seems to come loose every now and then, and if i tighten it too much the brass bushing that it's screwed into slides out. it also seems to make piss-poor contact with the (rounded-head.. WHY??) screw above it. Between this and the switch issue, i see anywhere between 3.2V and 3.9V at the posts of the atty under load on a fully charged batt.
And finally (i'm sure i'm not the only one with this complaint) the glass. Oh, the glass. I'm by no means clumsy with this mod- its only been dropped once, and thanks to the tank protector nothing broke, not even a scratch. But it seems like every time i try to slide the glass off to clean it, it cracks. I've tried replacing the o-rings ( i went as far as to hunt for the exact specs, ordered the exact spec o-rings from online, and installed those) to no avail. My 4th tube just cracked, in a matter of about 3 months. I've been using AGA-T2's since they came out, among other gennys, and never broken a glass.. i'm sure it's the fault of the fused quartz, but surely there must be some solution? or does everyone who owns a hybrid with fused quartz really just replace that $10-plus-shipping fused quartz tube once or twice a month?

In a way this is probably more of a rant than anything, as i've explored all the options i can imagine and these issues still remain. I don't think i'll sell this thing, and i still enjoy it, but i'd love to make it perfect. So if anyone knows of any tips that could help me get this thing in line (such as specs for some flat screws to get from the hardware store, or tips to lubricate the o-rings to slide the glass on/off more easily), it would be much appreciated!

lubricate o rings with pure vg.....sometimes tanks crack, but going through that many sounds like user error.....i only broke one or two quartz tanks since i started vaping- due to my own fault-
always twist quartz on or off, dont force up or down over orings
it sounds like u know whats going on already.....just take the screw with you to home depot or a hardware store and size it up, maybe you need one a tad longer? you can also get copper, or brass?
i self upgraded my zenesis sidewinder contacts to brass for old school stainless steel all at home depot....
if u have pics it would help a lot, i dont own an Ihybrid but have used them before, and have other genny hybrids

Pure VG sounds like a good idea, i should've thought of that much sooner. it just seems like all too often it's really tough to get on or off over the o-rings and it winds up getting a very small chip or crack that expands. I have been twisting it very gently.
I think a longer screw would work nicely, but i've looked at home depot and havent had much luck finding an identically-sized one that isnt some cheap zinc-plated screw. Is there any place in specific that i could find a better selection? i'd love a copper one, i believe the stock one is brass.

No grease on the threads, i clean this entire thing inside and out at least once a week, either with a dry paper towel, isopropyl alcohol, or both. it's developed like a black ring of buildup that seems to inhibit the connection happening between the button and the button housing. I take great care of this device, it never sees juice/moisture/dirt or anything.

Here's a pic of what the button looks like and what i wipe off of it every time
