I am now convinced ijoy is a crooked company! On June 21st i started a warranty claim. June 27th they approved a warranty replacement for a Captain mod which was defective out of the box. They constantly tell me "we are working on this for you". Here it is October and nothing! I get more, "sorry for the inconveniences, we are working on this for you" but no working mod! These guys are crooks who don't honor their warranty and lie to customers! This is some real dirt bag activity! I for one will never do business with these crooks again. They know we cant do anything and take full advantage of that fact! Crooks is what they are!
I would like a working mod, which is what I paid for, but at the very least, they could tell me why I am not worthy of an honest, informative, reply. I've never had a terrible CS experience like this! I feel as if I've been robbed! All i have is a dead mod out of the box, batteries I can't use, and am out my money! Way to go ijoy!.
