I just found out about this new RTA coming out from IJoy, the Tornado Nano. I like that it comes with both a traditional Velocity style 2-post build deck (my favorite) and you can also use pre-built coils with it. I love the small size and the top fill, which is definitely an improvement over the side fill of the original Tornado RTA. For those who aren't good at winding their own coils, the pre-built coils looks like they can be easily rewicked.

Just got one not long ago today and I have to say that this is a really nice tank. I love how it is short but stubby, so I can hold 4 ml of juice but is not towering. It fits perfectly on a Sigelei 213 and looks great on the smaller mod. I haven't tried the RTA deck yet, but I have tried the included 0.3 ohm pre-built chip coil. The positive pin on the 510 sticks out quite a bit, therefore you would definitely be able to use this on a hybrid mech mod. The way the pre-built coil is made, it is extremely similar to a RDA so you get a dripper performance from a prebuilt coil. It comes with dual twisted coils and the flavor and vapor production is on par with a dripper and you prime it just like one. A few drops onto the cotton and the coil to ensure that it is properly saturated, screw into the tank, fill the tank and you can start vaping immediately. This coil does go through juice just like a dripper though, so even though it holds 4 ml of juice, that juice will go quickly. The RTA is very similar to a Griffin.

The biggest plus is I've gone through two tankfuls of juice and have not had any juice leak at all. And lately I've been having a lot of problems with leaks in different tanks. There has been some condensation build up in the base after two tanks of juice which if I blow forcefully through one of the base air holes, a single drop will come out the other side.

The tank came with a clear glass, with a spare color change glass (dark glass that turns white translucent when it heats up), the chip coil, the RTA base, spare o-rings and Allen key, and a spare drip tip. I also got an angled chuff cap (installed in picture). The opening in the standard drip tip and the chuff cap is the size of a 510 drip tip, so you can simply plug your 510 drip tip right into the existing one. The standard drip tip (and the chuff cap) is pretty short, so if you are using it, your lips will be touching the top of the screw on cover, which will start to heat up if you start chain vaping. I like this tank so much that I'm ordering another two plus some more of the 0.3 ohm coils.

I just got this in and set it up. I got both color changing glass and two chuffs plus in spare parts a 510 tip. The afc is huge and there is no sacrifice on air flow even almost completely closed it still has good air flow. With the drip tip added to keep from touching the top of tank it still gets pretty warm with .3 ohm coils. The wick hole are big will handle any vg/pg ratio and the rba has even bigger wick slots. Have vapped on it half hour and so far no leaks and with color changing glass as the juice warms the glass changes color which is a plus because you can tell how much juice is left and more you vape and warm the glass the whole glass will change. I noticed they have a frosted one with tornado logo on it. I bet that would be a cool glass to have on it. I have it on my h priv at 41 watts doing great. Still in the break in phase. But I would definitely reccomend this tank. Lots of options with different glass the premade chip coil is huge but still get 4ml in tank. And has the rba included. And its top filling that is a plus with me. Flavor is good. I am using 50/50 pg vg 0 nic green apple to start with. I like this tank set up straight out of box just prime put it together fill and its ready to vape. Also have the dark glass that changes color. I decided to try the yellow out first. In a few days will swap the glass out and see how the dark one looks. I would definitely buy again and will have to order more coils and possible the frosted glass.

I have done a little review on it myself here. One thing I would like to see is larger edge of the chuff cap to make it easier to take off. The thin cap is hard for me I have fairly large fingers. I was asking for clarification from character as to if they were looking for reviews on ecf or else where. I should have been specific.

Yeah, I actually stopped using the chuff cap and started using the regular cap. With the angled sides of the chuff cap, I have a hard time removing it. One time I even accidentally unscrewed the top hardware off of the coil when I was trying to remove the cap to refill the tank. Luckily the tank was empty. What I have found is that with the standard cap, you can grip it by the drip tip and use that to remove the cap.

I did the same went straight for the angled cap. And I use the tip adapter some. I have been watching myself so I dont accidentally undo the whole thing and spill my juice. Thanks for the info @jseah
If the cap was a little thicker, or it had some knurling on the edge that you could grip, my choice would also be to use the angled chuff cap. I find that those are the most comfortable for me to use.

I agree with needing to be thicker and the knurling and I like the angled cap myself. Have tht type on another tank one reason I went straight to tht style cap when got my tank in.

:thumb:No,this one is 1000 times better with a fixed deck and kick ... pre made coils
And its a 4ml capacity shorty? I just might get this.

So the glass that changes colors...do they all revert to their original colors eventually?
