Hey Iken, thanks for taking my critique in the friendly spirit in which it was meant!
I picked up on what are really two separate issues, the site design and the English. As you and Imeo point out, web design / style is ultimately a personal preference thing, and there's no rule that you have to have your site professionally designed, so having registered my feedback, I'll leave it at that
The other issue is one I can give a few specific examples of, e.g.:
"Customers are issued a tracking number after dispatch, which can be checked via the couriers website."
should be: "Customers are issued a tracking number after dispatch that can be checked via the courier's website."
That vs. which.
"Even more enticing, is the fact that this is an amazing piece of e-cigarette technology that really does work, it gives the best performance of any e-cig we have tried."
should be "Even more enticing is the fact that this is an amazing piece of e-cigarette technology that really does work. It gives better performance than any other e-cig we have tried." or "Even more enticing is the fact that this is an amazing piece of e-cigarette technology that really does work. It gives the best performance of all the e-cigs we have tried."
Comma placement, better vs. best.
"Three body parts which had been precisely engineered
machine worked to snugly fit together,
two beautifully machine worked ends which
match-up nicely with the button.
All together, this PV has been very finely designed and crafted."
should be "Three body parts precisely engineered and
machine worked to snugly fit together:
two beautifully machine worked ends that
match up nicely with the button.
Overall, this PV has been very finely designed and crafted."
That vs. which, commas, all together (sic) vs. overall
"A Fixed shipping rate of - USD $ 15.00
applies to all finalized International orders."
should be "A fixed shipping rate of USD $15.00 applies to all finalized international orders."
Capitalization, punctuation.
"You've Tried The Rest, -- Now Buy The Best, -- 'cos you're Worth It."
should be: "You've Tried The Rest, Now Buy The Best, 'Cos You're Worth It."
Commas before em-dashes, inconsistent capitalization.
...etc. Hope this helps.
