Dear lord I hope your server gets some more magical pixie dust soon. I am down to my last dual coil 510 clear carto. This is one of those items that is so good I really can't imagine using anything else. I am at the point where I think I may consider bribing Ike for an "off the books" sale.

Is it just me because I'm prone to hallucinations (old Dead Head, what can I say). But it seems to me that at the same wattage, LR/LV seems cooler and sometimes less harsh than HR/HV.

Doesn't seem right but thats the sense I get....... am I crazy?

And why is HV seemingly hitting like a cannon over LR when the wattage is equitable? It does not makes sense to me but from experience it appears to be true........

Fresno huh......Oakdale here but most my life in the Bay Area. As long as I was old enough I never missed the New Year's shows at the Winterland. I was there in 78' making sure to be a part of the closing and to hear the Grateful Dead.

HV hits harder at similar wattage because you have more coil doing equal wattage, resulting in more vapor etc. At least thats how i took it... Switcher? lol

That is the other question. Do they achieve HV through more coil (length) or smaller gage wire??? Or both ?

I would have to say that an HV hits hotter at the same wattage because of the coils being thicker. That gives you more surface area. Remember your talking wattage not voltage.

This is going to sound like a newb question, but could a battery charger, charge batteries in way that would cause them to ruin atty's and cartos faster?

Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm thinking LR would be thicker, restricting flow less.
