You mean something like this? Yea - me too. Tried freezing it - didn't help. Tried hot water after it came apart - didn't work. But to attest to how well these are built - when I put it back together it vapes fine! I guess it has a permanent blue tip until it dies.

I promised to be on the forums more since we obtained an employee, and after that specific night he called out for the week save for a day  Regardless, Ecf WILL be a daily routine. I just don't want to delay orders especially for Xmas. :D

Well Isaac, I told you to hire me.

I'd work for Fusions!

I have extensive sales and order filling experience after that job I had one time at WhatsThatBurger and the only reason they fired me was because I called the customers buffalo belly and thunder thighs and tons of fun and things like that.

Then a few years later I got that job next door to the house at the Sewage Treatment Plant. That was nice because I could walk to work in a few minutes and I probably shouldn't have told that boss I wasn't going to put up with his sh.. or I'd probably still be working there. They had good benefits.

But now I'm too old to work so I just lay around on the plaid couch out in the weeds in the front yard by the boat and dream of my good old working days.

Mine still works as well, and you are correct, VERY well built atty !! That is what I meant by "small price to pay" in my op.

I traded for a brand new io6 and a DT....super atty...LOVED it. BUT, when I tried to get the DT off, the whole atty came apart and the DT is still stuck on the atty,,

Anyone had this happen....Bummer, I am only asking because I do like the look of the DT's but would like to know if this has been addressed before I order anymore of the nice ones.?.

But, I did order two more (io6's) from Sir Isaac and LOVE em. Thankfully I was short .50 cents for a DT and asked for a freebie, which my good sir gave me in the package, it doesn't have the reinforced bottom, which of coarse I am thankful for, because it fits looser and there for it wont ruin my atty.

Yes it happen to me as well, the DT are not a fit for the i306. Isaac took care of it though its just a bummer because I have like 6 of these DT and they don't fit the old 306's either. So I have all these DT and they are pretty but no where to put them.t
They are just there in a bag because I am afraid to take a chance on putting it on another i306.

If your just a little "handy" you can fix the DT's..... Take a standard screw driver that is just a bit smaller than the opening in the bottom of the DT, and gently scrap, carve some of the opening. Check it on your atty often so you don't take too much away. I'm sure a knife would work, or there is attachments for a dremel that would work....even a nail file.

Someone may be able to explain better. I am terrible at written descriptions. Hope this helps.

Use a reamer on them if they truly do not fit and you want to be able to make use of them. Whatever you do, make sure it is by hand. A dremel or other power tools will have far too much output and will easily chew completely through the drip tip. You can even roll up some emery cloth and give it a couple spins on the inside of the drip tip. We're talking less than 1mm that literally would need to be shaved so that it's not overly tight.

IMO the simplest way to get them to fit is to use a hairdryer or paint stripper. Heat the tip gently and slide it on the IO6 each time going a little and I mean little bit further on the IO6. This will allow the DT to expand and fit snuggly after acquiring the proper size.

I knew someone would have a better description/idea. Regardless...there is an easy fix.

Did you test the carto with a multimeter? As for the atty, did you purchase insurance? Not sure if that is still an option or not, I never have felt the need to. Hopefully you sent an e-mail to sales@ikenvape when the order came in and found the carto DOA. If you used the atomizer for a week, I am not sure much can be done about that. Atomizers come and go depending on how they are used and yadda yadda.
Wish I had some advice on what may have gone wrong, dry atty-got it too hot between hits-cold juice on a hot coil, could be a number of things.

The cartomizer is a Gold V2 some OEM devices just don't support the enhanced center pin that is made specifically to restrict the draw to good alternative. Typically these are cigarette smokers choice.
For the 3.5 atomizer: There is a wide range of possibilities and variables. For a 3.5Ω to suffer at the hands of a 5V device is odd in it's own. I have come across a few Glv's that had a worn down/malfunctioning resistor. Definitely measure it with a meter.
Have you been using the same liquid that gave you a 90 day and counting run with the previous ikv atty? Can you check the resistance of the atty in question? It just be a luck of the draw of the atty and there could have been a fault when the atty was created. So let's get some of those numbers so we can troubleshoot. :)

Thank you Sally! :) It's not so much of a replacement issue here. He sent me an regarding this in the afternoon of the 30th and I sent out replacements within that hour. I think he's going for a "why" instead. Which the only help we can give is pretty much what you asked about using a meter. Oh! The inflation I had to give on the atties, it's to compensate for the new server overhead, the employee payroll and inturn all atomizers come with a warranty as a complete standard. :)

Got my next order yesterday - yepper - 3rd times a charm - all went right on this one. And you were most kind to include the freebies. Thank you very much, Isaac.
Hey Mike,
It's the very least I can do for such horrible series of events and experiences. Thanks a million for letting me know everything came through just fine :)

I sent two emails last night and only got one response but, I have an IKV 901 that I can't draw off of at all. You had said something about looking at the side to see if the disc is blocking the hole but I can't see anything through it with a flashlight. What do I have to move and which way to unblock it?
