This is the drip tip I ordered and it fits like a glove in 510 & 808 fusion punch.Mine was white tho.
Ceramic Driptip

Just to be clear. Are the 510's it fits from the most recent batch that Isaac shipped. It seems they're the ones folks are having trouble with drip tips fitting?

Yes most recent batch.

I have a different result.

I ordered three different kinds of drip tips. Ceramic, Delrin, and the one that twirls

-Delrin and the twirly one don't fit at all
-Ceramic is almost a fit, but the o-ring hinders for it to fit completely. Without damaging the o-ring I can't get it to fit. Already have piece of rubber shaved off trying to make it fit..

i also ordered ceramic and swirly. Swirly was way to big. Ceramic was a tight fit the first time. But now it is snug almost perfect ! Checking out the oring and it appears to be fine with no damage . The first one i put ceramic one on i was thinking it wasnt going to fit , but i gave it a slight twist while pushing it straight in and it fit. So I dont know , does work for me tho.

I see some posts here regarding some drip tips not fitting some of the 510 cartos. I'm have a similar issue with the 510 2.5 ohm atomizers. None of my Super-T tips will fit, I can't even get the base of the drip tip into them (before you even hit the o-ring). Luckily I ordered a bunch of the retro 2.5 ohm IKV atties which I still love the flavor of, and I've been using those whenever I require a drip tip to be attached.

My newer model IKV 2.5's I've only been using in GG UFS mods as they don't require a drip tip. I'm a little worried going forward though, is this shrunken 510 atomizer the new standard for IKV or are they being modified to be bigger in subsequent batches? The ones I have now aren't completely worthless, but I'm really hoping the size is increased going forward.

Also, it looks like the VG RY4 liquid was completely removed off the IKV site. I'd love to use PG but I have a PG allergy, I'm down to my last 30ml of VG RY4 and I guess I'm wondering if I need to start looking for a new juice supplier or whether the VG RY4 will be making a return (and if so, how long are we looking at?)?

I really want to stay IKV for life, but my two most ordered items are either not available anymore or significantly changed and practically unusable:(

Apologies if either of these have been asked before, I scrolled a few pages back but only saw mention of carto fitting issues.

I am wondering the same thing. Because I love Iken cartos but im not about to go and buy all new drip tips. Specially since I only use glass and after all that money I spent on them I just cant just throw that all away. I don't like metal or plastic avoid them at all costs cause they always give me a funny taste to my juice.

Iken bro could you please give us an update?

I have the same in reverse. I can't vape VG at all or I get headaches. Even with a small amnt. I have to take aspirin occasionally. Sounds like some of you need to use different tips for the one batch of 510s or get one of these.

I wonder if there'd be enough interest for a co-op for that kit.

Ya know, I am very disappointed with the QC of this last batch of IKV cartos. I recently purchased a few Ikenvape I06 a atty's and to my chagrin the standard I06 drip tips do not fit on them. So my favorite cartos and attys all have fitment problems with the standard tips! Not impressed to say the least!

I have always waved Ikenvape's flag as being the best of the best in the carto and atty department, but now I'm not so sure. It's embarrassing when I preach to the heavens about Iken's cartos to a new Vaper and after he/she struggles and waits patiently to get their hands on some and when they finally do they find out that they can't use them without "special" or modified tips!

Sorry Ikenvape, but this is an epic fail in QC that has left a bad taste in a lot of vaper's mouths!

That one is $57.95 but this carto size thing is about over. My tips all fit great.

Every vedor out there has had issues from time to time. But every one of them haven't gone through the crap Ikenvape has. That batch wasn't supposed to be that way but they were. Everyone asks all the time where's this cartop or atty so if he sent them back there would be no cartos. These work fine with the tips he said they would work with. The I06 has always needed a sleeve for drip tips. I got one of Wharf Rats sleeves and have no problem with tips. I'm just glad Ikenvape is still a vendor after the loss he took and he also has to keep a family going.

Odd - I don't see your second paragraph in your original post. It only showed up when I did a reply to it. Glad it showed up - well said.

Anyway I was gonna ask what tips work best for you. For me my Cherry Vape Pawn tips are working OK. They're a bit tight but working OK. Although I'm disappointed with the last batch of 510 Fusions, I'm happy I have them.

I use the delrin that Isaac sells when I use 510s. The 801s didn't get affected. I have another tip I won somewhere that I really like, I'll have to look and see where it came from. I also have some older tips he used to make that fit. I sympathize with everyone because a person wants to use the tips they like best but darn it they just won't work on this batch. It will soon be behind us but at least we have cartos. I do know it bothers Isaac more than it does us.

Hey Dude,
I knew the 510 Fusions came out with an ID of 8.35 as opposed to the standard 8.50mm but wasn't aware of the 510 atties also suffering from this. i measure a handful here and came out with 8.50mm. Here's an ironic note. The factory for the retro atties that you say fit are coming from the same factory who shrunk the 510 Fusions. Go figure, right? i don't know if I can work with the T tips to fit eaxtly but if they are under 8.50 as a drip tip should be, everything should be fine.
The RY4 VG has been ordered. I removed the current because the exp date is starting to near 07/13 The VG is starting to take over and the scent isn't the true Ry4 though it's hard for me because I'm like J5 when it comes to VG. I know the scent is lighter than P but not sure exactly how light.

I am wondering the same thing. Because I love Iken cartos but im not about to go and buy all new drip tips. I'm trying TJ,
This is really bumming me out here. i left the 510 Fusions out of the current order so we can outsource the bodies for them to be gauged at 8.50mm and not the unauthorized switch of 8.35mm.

This one I don't understand Vise,
It could have been the the incorrect io6 drip tips were sent out to you. We have had a bad batch of the black delrin come in and we had to bite the bullet and order a few thousand more at the appropiate size which has been used for the past few hundred orders. I think you may of been slipped a bad one somehow and I will get out a few out to you asap.

The other one I won was from VapeArt: Molehill Mountain Art Drip Tips. It is a nice tip.
