ikenvape io6 dripping issues

so i am having some issues with my io6 and i am trying to figure out of its operator error or the atty itself...

got it in the mail yesterday and was extremely excited... was planning to use this as a taste test method for my diy juices to make sure i like them before i make a larger batch...

however everything seems very muted... less vapor... i dont know what it is...

i take my mini protank2 off my eGo V V2 mega put the io6 on, drip 2-3 drops into it, let it sit for 30 seconds to a minute standing up perfectly, then gently vape... (a lil afraid of sucking the liquid up the tip, had it happen once but i dont think i waited 30 seconds to a minute first) it has little to no taste and creates little to no vapor...

and its not just my mixes... i have used other liquids that i enjoy and i dont get anything...

i had brought the lemon drop over to "cleanse" from one sample to the next...

can anyone tell me if i am doing something wrong or if i need to contact ikenvape?

Although preparing the io6 for use should be relatively easy... sometimes, they can be a little finicky. Take a look at the (far more in-depth) guide for the HH357 atty... although not the same, perhaps it will help to enlighten. Can't hurt. ;-)

thanks for the advice... that seems to not help and has caused some pretty excessive leaking...

i wish that would have done it i was hoping to mix a small batch and find out how long it needs to age...

WHY?!?!?!?!?!? this was a key part to my mixing plan...

306 attys are very nice but also the hardest to use. Youed be much better off with just a plane old joytech 510 for testing. Cheap easy to clean and use.

see i was discussing my diy venture with a well respected member of the ecf community who i shall not name because i do not fault him, he supplied me plenty of great advice/minor mentorship in regards to my diy journey. and he highly recommended that i get the io6... i regrettably wish i had asked the general consensus of the forums in regards to this before pulling the trigger...

i had originally just planned on buying a cheap lil 510 atty, but the concept of dripping and everything was and pretty much still is foreign to me for all i know...

it seems simple enough yet i either received a faulty io6 (really hoping that if that is the case ikenvape will send me a new one) or someone can help me discover what im doing wrong... (i am not ruling that possibility out, however i highly doubt that i am doing something wrong, dripping... drop a few (2-4 drops, 3 typically) let sit, vape, redrip when flavor ceases.

problem is flavor never really seems to be present and ends up leaking if i try to add more to increase flavor...

i am currently a sad panda...

i planned of having approximately 10 different mixes by now... but its too much of a hassle to change everything in my mini pt2 every new flavor... and aging, etc, i dont want to make an excessive amount of liquid if i dont know whether it is going to be too strong/too weak... but without a working dripper i have to mix approx 3-5ml 1-2 to test after mix, and 1-3 to let age and test...
