I have been playing with my Reo since I unwrapped it yesteday, man this thing just feels good in your hand! Iv been trying difernt devices on it that I have on hand while I impationtly wait for my cyclone to arive. I know theres a learning curve to a bottom feader, and im still working on getting the rythem down. I'm pretty split between flooding and dry hits with an ocasional magic vape in between. This morning I decided to try a carto, so I screwd on a IKV platnum LR and......magic! I'm not a big carto fan, IKV cartos are the only ones I liked after trying just about everything. It's easy to tell when I'm getting close to flooding it, and when the sizeling stops I know the next hit will be a dry one so it's time to give it a squeez, squish?, squonk?, smoosh?, (I should really learn the lingo if I want to be part of the club) Anyways, it's still the same old carto, the Reo hasn't improved it any but It's working great and will defiantly take some of the sting out of waiting for my cyclone to show up. IKVs are great as far as cartos go, I don't think any one will be shelving their RBAs in favor of them anytime soon but I think they are about as good as your going to get short of an rba. If you don't want the hassle of rebuilding or your a Reo newb, I don't think you can go wrong.
Yes I have tried the HH 357, and to be honest I don't think they were so much better to justify the price. Plus you can get 10 platinums for the price of one HH 357.

Squonking the correct amount is a bit tricky at first for some. The blind squonk is the method that I started using to get past the flooding and dry hits. Just draw and squonk till you feel a little resistance and hear the faint gurgle. STOP! You are ready to vape. Only a sec or two and you have enough juice in the atty. Atty's do vary. But the blind squonk let me use lots of different kinds with no problem.

I do agree, the cartos are easier for most at first.

Squonking...every time I say it, one of my kids starts laughing. I think it might even replace "Fart" for instant laughs.
Crap there's different kinds of Squonking? Blind squonking is what I have been doing I guess. Squonk while sucking and stop as soon as I start to hear a gurgle. The killer I started with would squirt juice out of the base If I didn't give it a suck with the sqeeze........there should be a automatic thesaurus that edits out easy openings like that......good thing we are all adults here:D. I can't wait till my RBA gets here. Silica rebuildables have spoiled me rotten.

And, we must adjust our "squonk" when the bottle is half-full. I figured that one out QUICKLY.

Yeah Iv noticed that too, vaping a reo is very tactile, firmness of the bottle, the juice level, the draw, the sound. I like it. I'm in the Army, everything is tactile (muscle memory) based. The way you load your rifle, charge it, pull the trigger. You immediately sense when something is not kosher and instinctively rectify it. It's comforting. I like feeling like I'm driving the device not just pushing a button and going for a ride.
