Illinois HB3362 introduced today to ban flavored eliquids

Very cool. A big thank you to everyone who took time to sign the petition. I'm not sure what caused Rep Willis to table the bill, and we'll probably never know, but it's a good result.

Maybe the petition. Maybe all the calls going to the committee regarding HB2404 which hopefully included mention of the flavor ban bill too? Probably both. Maybe she realized from the opposition on 2404 once it was assigned to a committee that she doesn't have time to fight for the flavor ban too, so she took that one off before it got assigned to a committee. If 2404 passes, we need to keep an eye out that she doesn't re-initiate 3362.

BTW - I just saw on the CASAA facebook group that there is a bus being organized to go down to Springfield on 3/10 to fight 2404.
