I've got friends I can't even drink with for the same problem. They just got their heads wracked a little too hard. I was pretty lucky to be mostly working for the Iraqis and didn't deal with as much as the force protection side. The only bad stuff was hearing mortars slap around and not know where they were. So far this deployment isn't as "exciting" as the last (knocking on wood).
Hey pokey! That's the greatest avatar evertoo bad I hate cats more than camels.

UT OH!!!!!!!!!! Now I am a HUGE animal LOVER lol Never been around 1 but I would probably love camels tooAlthough I don't think that I will plan my next vacation in your area in order to find out lol
I'll definitely have to work on a camel one in your honor...but these things take time (at least for me). I'll be sure to drop by to visit when it's ready.![]()

What is it you do there AG (that is of course if you can share it on-line)
Well, I spent the whole year training on a Humvee mounted heavy machine gun (50 cal) in order to do convoy security and NATO escort. But we got here and the tactical situation just doesn't allow for U.S. ground movement a whole lot. Plus we're an aviation unit, so no since going I.E.D. hunting. So I went from those high expectations to being a carpenter. When there isn't anything to build I'm "in training" to take over the company training (rifle ranges, PT tests, etc ). Only been outside the gate a few times in 3 months.
and yeah I do not care for cats. My wifes cat used to attack me all the time (still have scars). She said it was because I must be evil deep down, until it killed our bearded dragons and put the left overs in our sons crib for him to chew on....sorry it's gross but that left a bad taste in my mouth for cats.
So what do all you guys do?
Sounds like a great dog AG! I have a 12.5lb maltese / dachshund mix named Chase. He sleeps with me, loves my pillow and I wake up most mornings with his .... in my face LOL! As for what I do...whatever my MIL wants right now. I used to work in the nuclear power plant industry but I haven't worked (for a paycheck) in 18 years. Here's a pic of my fur baby, Chase.
