Well I was going to bed, but I had to reply to this first.

Your daughters 3rd b-day and Christmas that is awesome! My daughter was born in december too, Christmas eve to be exact. She'll be 14 this Christmas. I'm glad you won't be missing her 3rd as they go by really quickly and before you know it they are dating boys wearing make up and wanting no part of you!

I know, the first time I left she was 3 months old, left her on a bottle and came back to talking walking and eating pizza baby. she knows about the boys and I asked her about her daycare boyfriend and she said oh no mommy dangerous. she was born on the 23rd.

Lexi should have been born on the 23rd but after labor began she changed her mind and I was in labor for 25 hours, so Christmas eve it was (she was actually due January 24th, so she got no Christmas presents that year)

I keep asking mine to stop getting older but she doesn't seem to want to listen. Of course she is at an age that listening is a foriegn concept. I miss the day of daycare boyfriends. Now she is being courted by 16 year old boys that drive! Luckily she has a good head on shoulders and for the most part is a good kid!

I think thats why I bought a shotgun, Im still scared for that age and I have 2 girls. Life just got a lot harder with that one. she is smart and an azz kicker. I think she gets it from her mom. don't mess with her bacon.

I don't have any kids but I think if I'd had a daughter I'd have locked her in her room until she was 30!
I think Salem is right, at least 35.
I found telling them they have an illness and putting them in a bubble works best. I mean boys is kind of an illness isn't it?

Also wanted to say Hi to Army and Sarge and wish you two the best.

Like Bov, I didn't have a plan for today, but so far so good. I am still annoyingly busy, but it is nice to have a few minutes now and then to stop by and say hello to all!

The bubble isn't a totally bad idea, but now and again I would have to take her out. She is at an age where often spending time with her is like sitting with alien that doesn't even breath the air we do. But I have to admit, as she comes closer to being an adult, there are times I really enjoy her company and find it nice to relate to her on a more grown up level then when she was younger! Who knows maybe it would just be easier to visit her in the bubble!

Now the bubble would be a wonderful idea for my 10 year old son who has ADHD!
