Welcome the world of dripping and rba's! I just started dripping a few weeks back and am in love with my IGO-L. The tinkering aspect of trying different kanthal, wick, and resistance combos really adds another dimension to it all. I too was immediately blown away by the flavor and of course the vapor production was outstanding as well. Vapor production improved ten fold on my IGO-L when I drilled the air hole out to 1.6mm. Dripping is an incredible way to enjoy your juices and also comes in handy when trying new flavors or for those who are OCD like me and change flavors often.

How are the bottom fed drips? I came across some somewhere that seemed to have a tank above or below it. I don't remember. I do remember thinking it would be a good setup for on the go and seemed portable. Thoughts?

I got my REO a couple of days ago and all my other gear is starting to feel neglected. It is THAT good.

THis is a bottom feeder. A bottle below that you squeeze (squonk) to send juice up into the atty to vape. Its like dripping upside down.

If you would like to try dripping with something versatile, large capacity and incredibly easy to use, try either the Vision Eternity (I have the clone version from Fast Tech) or the new Vision Aurora Infinity. Before using the Aurora, I had absolutely never dripped before - it is a very cool little bottom feeder that gives you options as to how you want to use it.

The Eternity is excellent too, and it is a regular from-the-top dripper. It's what I am using right now, and I couldn't be happier. No hassle or mess setting it up, very esthetic, takes at least 20 drops at a time...

I think you may be confusing bottom coil tanks with bottom feeders. The tank just has wicks going from the juice to the coil like a clearo with the coil at the bottom. A bottom feeder you just squeeze the bottle and juice comes up through the bottom of your atty. It's more like dripping in that you don't smother your coil like extra juice. This is the innards of a reo so you can see how it works.

Thanks Maggie! Off to look that up now

Waiting on an MVP2 from MtBaker. Meanwhile I'm still dripping with a carto. I'm still amazed. Sitting here enjoying Macadamia Nut from MBV. I liked this before, in my PT2, pleasing, but resembled more of a light tobacco taste to me. Dripping it? Entirely different. Feel like I'm eating a jar of Macadamia nuts, but without the guilt!

Have a rebuildable in mind already? If you don't want to drop a ton of money I would recommend an IGO-L,

I'm a dripper too! (He's a dripper, she's a dripper, wouldn't you like to be a dripper too...)

I actually ordered an Igo L, as well as an Igo W and a Trident, and I can say with no reservations that the Trident is the best of the three options. Building is easier because there are slots or holes in the posts - you just loosen the screw, push the wire through till the coil is positioned right where you want it, and then tighten the screws. Done.

Also, with the Trident, there's no need to drill out the air hole (The Igo L and W have one air hole option and it is too small!) The Trident has a whole array of air hole options - you just turn the cap to line it up to the size you want. Lovely.

Also, it's pretty nice looking.

Here's a clone at a ridiculously good price - a great first-RDA:

$16.35 Trident Stainless Steel Rebuildable Atomizer at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

and here it is in gold:

$16.35 Trident 24K Gold Plated Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer(RDA) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

You'll also need some Kanthal and a box of CVS sterile cotton. Trust me, once you go RDA, you'll never go back.

Here's a short tutorial that will teach you how to make the perfect coil:

How To Make A Perfect Micro Coil With The Darkzero Coil Jig - YouTube

Enjoy!
