with Vanilla Classic and Orange (no cinnamon or boozy flavors) you get creamsicle cookies - nice! That cool touch from the Anise is a perfect touch.

with Lemon Sicily (no cinn or boozy flavors) you get sugar-glazed lemon cookies or the ball-shaped ones rolled in powdered sugar. MMM! The Anise coolness reminds me of powdered sugar in this version.

with Lime cold-pressed, you get key-lime sugar cookies. sweet and tart, bright yet rich, all at the same time. (ooh, this is great with a tiny bit of coconut added, too!)

I'm going to combine my leftover orange, lemon, and lime versions (FrootLoop cookies?), and later mix a spicy version to sit a few days before I try it.

How about a little Earl Grey tea for the liquid? Could be called London Fog. :)
