No, some people are allergic to PG. It is also "possible" that she is allergic to something in the flavoring of her liquid... possible. I am not allergic to anything that I know of...so don't really pay much attention to all that stuff.

But you are right in a respect. It really has nothing to do with ecigs. If someone is allergic to PG - then they are. But it is found in a zillion items. Or allergic to VG, or a flavor, or whatever. It has nothing to do with ecigs in general - or the act of vaping.

Oh for sure. I was just saying that this is the first I've heard of anything like this.

Good point. She may be better off choosing the PG/VG mix. Personally, I would first order what you had before that didn't give you trouble - and then play around with others. If it ain't broke....

I love the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I'm always rushing onto something bigger or better. I appreciate the input and humor from all of you. Today, I go back to BWB which was a pg/vg mix and gave me no problems for two weeks straight. Not to dump on Blue Mist....my husband is using it and having no problems at all. We are all different. After reading all the depressing issues out there other than mine....I feel pretty darn good. Ha. Thanks to all.

If switching liquids doesn't work think about seeing a dentist or your physician. It is possible to get disorders in your mouth that are unrelated to vaping. Thrush comes to mind, usually you see it in babies but it can follow a course of antibiotics in adults. It is an example of something that would make your tongue sore.

So if a company doesn't list the pg/vg ratio does that mean that it is probably all pg? I'm looking to order from FSUSA and have been having good luck w/ juice I have bought that didn't say the ratio and want to make sure I order the same from FSUSA. Don't want to take any chances. To the poster....do you have a think white film on your tongue that wont brush off? Your mouth, like other parts of the your body has a normal flora. When this flora is disrupted by something you put in or on your body it can cause alot of discomfort. Have you recently been taking an antibiotic for an infection? If yes, a good idea would be to get a pro-biotic from any local drugstore. Your pharmacist would be able to help you with that. Hope this helps and good luck!

Not necessarily. I asked FSUSA about some flavors with no options, and they were 50/50. (e.g. Wyatt Earp Signature blend) I would check with your old vendor for 'their' ratio.

I'm dancing around the room right now!!! Went back to BWB and my tongue is happy !!!! Granted I don't have a great sense of taste at the moment....understandable given it's been exposed to some nasty stuff for a week, but that shall pass. I can drink my iced tea too. The combination of the "bad for me juice" and tea was a killer. Thanks for the info re infection (thrush), but my tongue appears perfectly normal. It's not red and has no discoloration at all. I think I found the problem. Vape on my friends !!!!!
