Hello stefania123! Yeah I know what you are talking about, I had a brief bout of general body soreness. I believe it is really from the cleansing that is going on. Your body is detoxing, adjusting to the lack of the 4,000 some odd chemicals found in most analogs. Being a vaper now you should be drinking a good bit of water anyway to keep hydrated. I drank A LOT of water when I first quit, it seemed to help flush some of the toxins out.

I think you will start feeling better soon, just hang in there. :)

Had it in my calves (calfs ?) for about 12 weeks. Also lost my regular toilet routine (apologies if that comes across as gross) for 5 months.
6 months in to not smoking and i feel great, can breath easier, can walk easier and no longer get headaches that i was plagued with.
Stick with it and you will feel so much better and soooo much healthier. :)

I got very sick and lost a little weight. All regular symptoms. I actually have an aunt that works at the American Cancer Society and she said a lot of people get some scary symptoms but they go away. It's all about the change in your body and it repairing itself. Kinda crazy!

I quit once for a year about 10 years ago, but i went cold turkey so the thing that sticks out was the nic withdrawal.. i just cried and cried for the first month and was on edge for months after that (maybe most of the year, which is why i started again). i don't remember what was happening with my body, and i was also younger then.. but now that i am using NRT i can feel everything thats going on in my body with less of the psychological effects. Wow.

I'm feeling lungs i never even knew i had... Maybe light exercise and stretching can help. When I quit cold turkey, I upped my cycling and started some strength training again, including warm ups for muscles, and cool downs with stretching. That period only lasted 8 days, till I started smoking again, but I didn't notice any muscle aches (well except for what I thought was normal from the exercise). How long after quitting is this happening?

Its well worth the trouble been cig free for a year plus now and I feel great! Im headed for 46 next month and I dont feel a day over 45 and 10 months;-)
I had all sorts of pains weird, dreams, even some depression for awhile just kind of lost any gumption to do anything for awhile. But spent lots of time in here. It gets better and vaping gets easier as you go along also.
