I'm going to switch over.

Hey guys, my names Cody.

I have been convinced by one of my friends to purchase a PV and start vaping. As it seems right now in Canada its a little difficult.
Could it be possible to receive a little bit of help on choosing which PV, tanks and Attys I should buy. Right now I want to buy a Joyetech eVic and a Kanger T3 tank, but I would also like to purchase a atomizer. What kind of recommendation's would you guys have for atomizers and do you think I am making a good choice for my first PV?

Ooooo.... kinda like asking whats the best car to drive if you never drove before.

The eVic should do fine, The Kanger, I dunno about. I have been using the Mini Vivi Nova for months and they work good.
I've burned through my share of attomizers, I found the best to be Joye atties (Some might argue) I get them from VaporKings
Haven't bought them in a while though, the Vivi Nova's are working too good.

A lot of people seem to start with the ego's as it is a simple no fuss pv. I went from the v2 cigs to the ego and I loved it. It was easy to use, not too big, especially transitioning from analogs, it might not seem natural holding a large pv. I would also recommend the vivi novas or CE4 type clearomizers because they are easy to fill.

Hi Cody! I just started vaping as well and get the eVic :) Look around and you can pick them up for a very good price!

Kevin, how was the eVic been treating you since you started?

I've been told by my friends that I should start with cigalikes because it will aid my transition from analogs but I honestly want something with a little more heft even if it means I have troubles switching over, I will stick to my guns and quit analogs all together no matter how hard it may be.

Good choices of product, but you may want to take a look at the Kanger EVOD. It is just like the Kanger T3 or MT3 but is cheaper to change the atomizer, much easier to fill, and has a more comfortable mouthpiece. The mouthpiece is clear so when you tilt it upside down you can see the juice inside to know when its getting low, as well as looking through the window on the side. It has been getting better reviews than the T3 and MT3, and seem to have corrected their flooding and imitation issues. I just switched over and think they are better. The unit isn't any more expensive and the atomizers are around $1.50 to replace.

I got the evic last friday but didnt get my tank until about an hour ago lol So far so good, loving the features of this thing! 1.2 seems to be an awesome firmware so far, no complaints

Those "cigalikes" are pretty much the same thing just a dumbed down version (I may be wrong on this, but I feel I've done enough research to deduce this) You just have a lot more options with a higher end mod, like VV/VW, bigger battery, more attachments, things like that. You can always get juices that taste like cigarettes, and have the nicotine level to suit your needs. I got .10% for my first liquids because thats all the ProVapes offered, and for me its too much nicotine (I dont smoke analogs, only other things... I just enjoy the act of smoking, and like hookah) next round I will get .6 or 0

I have both a mini nova (genuine and a smoktech one) and a kanger T3, and like you, I am new to vaping. I have had a solid performace out of the nova's, but have had issues with the T3. The T3 is more pleasant to use IMHO, but for me it just leaks and gurgles 75% of the time (really wanted to like the T3, love the design as well). But reading on here, people have positive and negative issues with both! Neither are expensive though, so it is probably worth getting one of each to see which suits you better!

I just recently tried the Vamo and it seems to be a decent VV/VW for the price. $34 with coupon code "February10"

VAMO Variable Volt/Watt APV V2

Too good a deal to pass up so I grabbed one.

Wow. I don't think I can buy that though because Canada will hold it at customs.
