OMG, I am literally loving this Triton right now! The taste is beyond my wildest imagination. It is so wonderful...I am in LOVE!
The Demon Red is sooooooooo gorgeous. I am so so happy to be Halon! Can you tell I am just a little excited????

Uh oh.....I tried to use the other Triton as it has another flavor in it. However, when I clicked the button 5 times, nothing happened? No light came on, nothing. Dead. I put it on the charger and when I plugged it in, the red light blinked rapidly and then stopped and went out. What's wrong??????

If it's too cold, it won't charge. And might not power up.

Relax. Let it get warm. You have 2 tanks, just change them up.

Yes, matches perfectly!!!! What is the rubber thingy underneath the mouthpiece when you screw it off? It is around the tube in the middle of tank? Sorry, I don't know all the lingo yet! I'm just so upset.....now my other battery just crapped out? Is it too cold as well? I only vaped a couple of times and put it down to go start dinner.

Oh No, that's a bummer! First thing to do is clean the top of the battery that is not working with dry tissue or dry paper towel. Also find an old dry toothbrush and brush out the top of the battery, it's possible there may be some metal shavings shorting it out. If you look close at the top of the battery there is a well between the threads and the center post if that is shorted by metal filings that would cause the indication you got. After cleaning plug it in the charger, I would recommend using an outlet strip and definitely not your computer. What happens now?

I'm not going to tell you to get a multimeter unless you know how to use it.

If you are still not working call Halo Customer Service tomorrow morning. They will have some things for you to try also and if all else fails they will send you a new battery.

I just realized the light on the battery itself won't stay lit, it just blinks and goes out....the red light they are talking about is ON the USB charger...so, when THAT light turns blue it's fully charged??

The rubber thingy is part of the coil assembly and needs to be there. Check to make sure the coil assembly is tight, but don't over do it. With neither tank connected to the batteries take a draw through the mouthpiece. What does it sound like? Just air or gurglely? If it is gurglely you have flooded the coil. Get some tissue and put it in the bottom of the tank and blow through the mouthpiece. That should blow out any excess juice. Clean the bottom of the tank and see what a draw through the mouthpiece sounds like again.

Yes when the charger turns blue it is charged.

If it doesn't turn on press it 5 times quickly, it should turn on briefly after the 5 presses. If that worked then if you press it again it should turn on for as long as you press it.

I was driving home, looking at red tail lights, and the blue light of my Triton, and it hit me. LeeLee has a RED triton and her button glows RED!!!

So glad that worked!! And I love Kringle's Curse too, it's the best juice!

Here is some terminology for you:

This is the mouthpiece and the white thingy above the threads is a gasket to keep your tank from leaking.




This is the replacement coil that screws onto the silver post thingy in the tank. Even after you refill your tank always make sure this is screwed on good and tight but not over tight. Think snug. Also the plastic cover on this coil is the condom or post sleeve make sure it is pushed down. It also is a gasket to keep your juice from leaking out the mouthpiece. The two strings are the wicks. The top wick is the flavor wick and the bottom wick is through the actual coil wire this is the part that heats the juice and best left to the tinkerers.



I hope this helps ya! Now you know what those thingys are.

Make sure ur coil (rubber thingy) is screwed all the way in...when u take the mouth piece off it sometime loosens it
Oh and definitely try voodoo...it's ridiculous
