Placed an order (a small order) with smoktek this evening. After I checked out I noticed they were in St. Petersburg, FL. I'm in Ocala (about 90 miles north) and like an idiot had paid for priority shipping, I left a ticket letting them know I screwed up. Five minutes after I left that ticket (that's right 5 minutes) I get a email saying that the order could be cancelled and I could redo it or they'd give me a free drip tip or syringe.
So let me get this straight: I screw up and they offer a freebee?
I'm kind of a cheap ....... but I couldn't bring myself to take anything. Just getting that kind of response that fast was a reward in and of itself.
