I'll be happy to weigh my tanks if you want to know the weight--a bit later tonight OK?
Thanks for the offer but it's not really necessary. The tanks were never the problem, it was heavy mods. I don't think either CoolFire will require special training to lift. (And the two kits I ordered shipped today. Since they're less than10 miles from here, I wouldn't be surprised if Priority Mail gets them here tomorrow.)

Are you referring to the Coolfire Z50 or Coolfire Mini or some other Coolfire mod?

One Z50 (with a Zlide) and one Mini (with a 2ml Zenith). Once I've tried them I'll stock up for the apocalypse.

You said in your initial post in this thread that you wanted 18650 mods. Both of those mods are internal battery mods. Are you aware of that?

(It's off topic here, but I probably need a few more mods that use a single 18650 battery. Anything more is too heavy for my hand.)

Oooh. Pretty. Back on the spreadsheet. :)

I love the Innokin Kroma-R mod! I have the bronze, and it is beautiful. @UncleJunkle recommended it to me, and I absolutely love it! It is beautiful, well built, screen is clear and easy to read, easy to use, fits in hand perfectly, and has worked with no problems. I got it on Feb. 16th, and wanting to get a 2nd one for back-up. I also have the swag 2. I love it as well. I like the innokin kroma-R more. The swag 2 is light, small, fits nice in the hand, and the texture is very cool. I love both :) I feel like the innokin Kroma-R is made better.

My bad. I know that a lot of mods these days hold 2 batteries. I'd have to lay it on the table & lean down to vape that. I meant to say that I'm fine with internal batteries with 1,000+ mAh. But the problem, of course, is that any battery has a limited number of recharges so I'd like to add at least one with an external battery. That way, if the government stays insane (for the sake of the children, of course  ) I'll still have some working mods.

My iStick 60Ws are 148 grams including battery. According to Phil B's video, the Kroma-R is 183 grams. That's a little heavy for me but it does come with a Zlide so, if I like the tank, I'll probably get one. I just won't be able to use it as an all-day set-up. Besides, the brass one reminds me of my Steampunk Chuck. :w00t:

The R is a little hefty. I don’t have a problem with heft but I just don’t care for it.

Swag 2 mod = 115g/4oz with battery. Accommodates up to 25mm tanks.

I've been eying that Swag 2 forever... Really sweet mod. And a great chip inside.

I'm semi convinced. The Phantom color is gorgeous.
The Zenith & Zlide are 24.7 and 24mm respectively so that would work.

I have 2 of my favorite AIV flavors in the tanks. I might prefer the Zenith by a tiny bit but it's only been an hour. Before I go to bed, I'll decide & spend lots of money.

    Thanks for all the help.

With the Zenith, I know I don't want Plexus coils (very low resistance), but what are they? The only Zenith tanks MVS has are Plexus -- can I use higher resistance coils in them?

But I think I've got it.
    Coils
Swag 2 Kit (maybe 2 - Phantom and ??? purple, lava or flame red)
Zlide Tube kits (it sets the wattage automatically to one of two levels but I tend to set it and leave it anyway). Cheaper than the Z50 kit and you get the tank plus a 3,000 mAh battery
Zenith Tanks - not a lot out there in terms of colors. Fingers crossed more will be arriving for the final month

That will give me 4 or 5 batteries and about the same # of tanks which should be enough for the next several years.

You can use any of the Z-Coils (the 1.2ohm and 1.6ohm ones and the various sub-ohm ones) in any of the Zenith or Zlide tanks. However, you can get the coils for much less than MVS sells them for, at KangerWholesaleusa.com. They're only $6.10/box from them. If your order total (for anything/everything) is $75 or more...you get Free S/H.

Also, there is another US vendor that has the 4mL full-size Zeniths in SS, Black, Red, Blue, and Purple...for less than MVS. I'll PM you about them.

As far as some of the Zenith tank boxes having that holographic sticker that says they're Plexus...that just means they come with 1 of the 0.5ohm Plexus coils and 1 of the 1.6ohm coils. The original Zenith tanks came without that Plexus sticker because they came with 1 1.6ohm coil and 1 regular 0.8ohm coil.

I did see your post about the cheaper site but I already checked & they're out of stock.
From what I've been able to find, MVS has blue & purple plexus ones, Innokin's store has blue & black and Fasttech has silver, black and red. Since I can use the 1.6Ω in the plexus version, I'm getting purple. (I like bright color vape gear so I can't lose it for long. But, since I keep losing my iStick with teal sides and a pumpkin tank, I need VERY bright colors.)

I'm definitely getting the coils from KangerWholesale. Thanks for that great lead. I'll check again if they have anything else I want but, even if they don't, $75 is only 13 boxes -- 65 coils. That a little crazy but not full-blown nuts. Since the Zlide Tube selects wattage for you, I think I'll get some 1.0Ω as well as the 1.6 in case it chooses too warm.

ETA: Forget fasttech -- on my 99th search I found some other colors in the US. :)
