The Provape1 was my first mod... Bought it over 2 years ago.. Its a sweetheart, nice and small... I also own some SuperT products... Well made mods... But you know the deal, I bought a Provari Black Satin Blue LED........ All my other mods have now become paper weights.... Once you try a Variable Voltage mod you will know what vaping is all about......

Its not that VV is for a professional its just that most beginners buy a bunch of non vv cheaper mods(egos etc) before they realize how great VV is. Some still prefer non vv mods with a low ohm atty but when you go VV any atty can be adjusted to any power.

Basically non VV you are picking the atty you want to get the power you want . If you want more power you need a different ohm atty . Then theres the thing where its not regulated so batterys dont last as long/hit drops off etc

With VV you can pick one atty/carto and adjust the voltage so it can work like almost any atty/carto.Regulation keeps the hit the same everytime,PWM makes the battery life double as long etc.

Really i think a VV would be better for a beginner.Lots of people call not getting a VV sooner a big mistake.

All good points, and I've only had my VV ProVari for a little over a week (I love this thing) but from what I've read the ProVape 1 has all the same features as the VV, only lacking the VV option. Now I do know a few that would want it for all its safty features and so on and there just not ready to venture into the world that is VV. I think It's a matter of what you like and what you think your ready for as well. All personal preference, but it never hurts to ask questions and learn :)

Here's the thing though... If you stick around vaping long enough, you're going to want to try VV to see what all the talk is about. There's only a handful of rock-solid VV mods out there with an actual company standing behind the support side of things, and Provape is usually at the top of that list from most perspectives.. I would suggest just going with the Provari, rather than buying the P-1 and then paying another $150-$200 down the line when you decide you want to step up to VV.. Pay once, cry once, IMO. Plus, the resale market for Provari's is pretty good, if you decide you don't like it, you can sell it easily get 80-90% of your money back. You could probably make money if you get a blue lcd unit and then decide to sell it when Provape isn't shipping them.

You got that right, why waste money on a bunch of mods/ start right with a VV mod.. And the Provari is the tops.....
