Hello everyone...pretty great forum you guys have here.

I was introduced to 'e-cigarettes' around January 2012, my sister and mom purchased a prosmoke. I thought it was pretty amazing, and would be a good way to kick the cancer sticks. I forked over around $100.00 and picked up one for myself.

The first couple of weeks it was amazing, but I was burning through the cartridges and the atomizer seemed to be losing steam. I wasn't aware that I'd have to replace the atomizer often if I was a heavy vaper. I purchased quite a few, and ended up having a lot of trouble with prosmoke when it comes to shipping/receving dud atomizers. (I received several duds that didn't work at all).

The prosmoke ended up going back in the box and gathering dust. Recently I saw a friend of mine post his new juices on facebook, so I talked to him for a bit. He recommended I try an eGo, so I ended up picking one up through him. He brought it over to my place along with what I'd say was 100 bottles of different kinds of juice. I gave the eGo a try and now I'm hooked. This thing is awesome, never would I imagine this thing would hit like it does.

Now I'm here, looking to learn more about vaping and 'e-cigs'. If you'd like to support my friend who is a huge advocate of this forum and vaping in general check out Poseidon Vaping | Vape on a Godly level!.

TLDR; Had a prosmoke. It sucked. Bought an eGo several months later and it's awesome.

Welcome to ECF and congrats on your transition to vaping :D

I have a very warm soft spot in my heart for Egos. I started on them and vaped them for a year before I started branching out. I still have some in use for away from home where I don't want to be obvious. Vaping a Provari and a big tank in the supermarket would just be asking for trouble in my nanny state of Calif. I vape my Egos and no one notices if I need to take a hit or three.

Oh, you don't stealth a Provari?? LOL. My Zenesis mini is fantastic, but it rarely leaves the house. I use my Smokeless Image Volt X2s, or even a 78mm for movies etc.
