I'm new here, Ego-C battery Question

Hey, I'm new to the board and relatively new to vaping in general though have dabbled for a couple of years.

I'm currently using a couple of ViVi Nova tank attys, and a couple of TW Tornado's.

I bought an EGO-C 1000mah pass through battery, and it seems to be playing up - pressing the switch does nothing, seems to be always live output, no LED's lit up. if I short the terminals, it correctly enters shutdown mode and flashes blue 5 times when plugged in to a charger. This is the only time I can get the LED to light up - plugging it in to the charger when its not in shutdown mode does nothing, pressing the button 5 times does nothing, and holding the button does nothing.

Can anyone help? is there any way to dissasemble an EGO-C battery so I can study the electronics inside?

I'd contact the vendor if I were you. Tinkering with taking it apart would void the warranty, you did get one?
