I think I might get the cuboid. What batteries and coils do you suggest?

The cuboid uses 2 18650 batteries. Get one of these 2 batteries... 18650 LG 18650HG2 3000mAh or 18650 Samsung INR18650-25R R5 2500mAh Also I recommend this charger Efest LUC V4 Charger There is a V2 also that holds 2 batteries for a little cheaper.

As far as what coils that depends on what tank. Are you going to get the Cuboid kit that comes with the matching Cubis tank? If so it actually comes with 3 diff coils... a .5ohm and 1 ohm SS316 that can be vaped on TC or VW and a 1.5ohm Clapton for VW. If not I would highly recommend the Uwell Crown It also comes with 3 coils.. a .25ohm and .5ohm SS316 for VW and a .15ohm NI coil for TC.

What's TC VW and SS316?. I don't know what those terms are.
Some mods only allow VW and others allow both TC and VW. They two different type of modes you can run on a mod.

TC = Temperature Control
VW = variable voltage/voltage, sometimes referred to as "power" mode.
SS316 is a type of stainless steel wire. Stainless steel wire can be used in either power or TC mode (if your mod has a setting for stainless steel in TC mode).
Also could I use my mini velocity rda on the cuboid or no?
Yes, you can.
