I stealth vape in the UK as its getting frowned upon to vape, most pubs or public houses let's people vape only if it's a small mtl device, now I like my dead rabbit, my mesh pro ect using 70 vg,but no chance when out, the press, tobacco companies and governments have decided to get together and say its making kids smoke, it's giving you untold lung problems ect, win, win but lose for us vapers who make their own choices and their own e liquid, I know what's in my juice, I hate the way it's going
Don’t we all.

I think you can get a fairly good picture of the world as long as you maintain a bit of skepticism and avoid only reading from sources you already agree with.

It's like science. Much of scientific research has been captured by the corporations, but often people respond by rejecting any science that challenges their beliefs.
For certain values of good. I have a lot more time to sift through various news sources than most people, and I still don’t think I have an even reasonably full view of what is going on.

It's fashionable in some circles to knock the mainstream media, but the alternatives are actually far worse.

IDK. I think it's just all bad at the moment. I'm just kind of sick of everybody being so MAD at each other all the time. And committing various treasonous acts, and I am not EVEN getting into who where what etc.

It reminds me of the "every other year" all family Christmases and like, me sitting in a corner plaintively rocking my face in my hands and wailing "Why can't we all get along? I HATE every single ONE of you!"

Yep. If I can't get through a single family Christmas without doing that (I do have a big family) WELL I sort of hold out little hope for society, man.

"But it’s all good. I am who I am, and people can choose to take it or leave it. I will certainly never change to try and fit in someplace."

That attitude just might encapsulate the problem.

When I am abroad I always remember I am in someone else's country and that I am the "furriner" so it is me who has to learn the folk there's ways.

I live in Spain for half of each year; I live in a Spanish street with Spanish neighbours and I speak Spanish with them.

Guess what? I don't get problems and folk are good to me/us.

There is something to be said for stealthier vaping. I try to be polite in public like I am SURE I could vape my way though, say, Walmart without getting caught but really do I WANT TO?

I mean, it's like the beginning when everyone was vaping on planes and like, I KNEW that was not going to FLY even though it was "technically legal." While I think it is ridiculous how society deals with vaping, there is something to be said for NOT ANNOYING others I mean that uneducated family who walks through your big cloud with their 4 year old may well get PO'd and like, write their lawmaker or whatever.

I know that (by law) Walmart does not allow vaping. So, I don't. I also don't stealth vape at work but like, I don't have to. I'm glad.

There are times and places for everything and YEAH there is a place for advocacy but for ME at least CLOUD chucking in Walmart is NOT how to go about it.

I will admit to watching this magnificent old maven like grab her Juul in Costco and raise it high like Gabriel's trumpet to the sky and compete this MAGIFICENT INHALE and then more vape than I have ever seen out of a Juul. She wasn't showing off either she was just like "I AM A VAPING GODDESS do not MESS WITH me or you will be sorry.

I totally wanted to go up to her and congratulate her, it was IMPRESSIVE.

These issues are so damn difficult. Sigh.

Bill Clinton was a president twice because he knew how to fool enough of the people enough of the time. W did it, so did the O and now Trump.

Now regarding this Alex Jones character and the one world government… follow the money. Alex is wrong on about 80% of the things he talks about anymore. But the 20% he's right about is startling if folks just open their minds.

I follow all sides of politics. Truth comes in three versions. What one side said. What the other side said and what really happened.

The so-called vaping epidemic is just a symptom of the real disease. Gain control of the populous. Give them enough things to argue with one another about while providing free stuff and soon they'll gladly trade their liberty for a sandwich. Patriot Act ring any bells?
Nepoleon knew it, Hiltler knew it, Castro knew it.

Farmaceutical concerns have inconceivable powers here too. They have an interest in seeing vaping fail, just like the cigarette companies.

European government is also decisively influenced by corporate entities, but less so than the US government. Their concerns are with tax incomes and health system costs. Vaping guarantees the sale of highly taxed products without the health care costs.

That means that even if vaping regulation is driven in part by pharmaceutical concerns and tobacco companies, the government mediates some of this influence and also takes smoking cessation and pro vaping voices into consideration. The UK is a good example of a government capitalising on pharma and tobacco pounds while still ensuring future income streams and listening to medical research.
So you you mark my post disagree, then agree with me. I’m confused.

Such an accusation could be leveled at any two term president. Not sure comparing Clinton to jr. Bush works all that well. Clinton was popular long after his terms of service were over, whereas jr. Bush was frequently called one of the worst presidents in the history of the United States. Many arguments were made that he was not the very worst, but they not infrequently had to go back a hundred years to do it. Jr. Bush is now much better thought of but mostly because the general establishment views Trump as vastly worse. Also trump hasn’t won his second term yet.

My personal tinfoil hat theory is he won’t even run. There are no presidential candidates yet in either party. Just hopefulls. The actual candidate doesn’t get determined until the party convention, neither of which have happened yet. My personal suspicion is that the GOP is going to pick someone better looking and younger at the convention and Trump is going to give us an “I meant to do that all along” whether he actually did or not.

In this scenario Trump is beast Rabban and the new candidate is Feyed Rutha. (It’s a reference from the book “Dune”)

Good discussion. I just want to add that I totally stand up for my rights, including vaping, but it's good manners to not draw attention with big clouds... mostly because of children and the fact most vape contains nicotine. Other than that, vape on!

By the time I started vaping I had already got used to being a pariah for my last 10 years of smoking. For good reason as I discovered when I quit and realized how obnoxious and intrusive the smell was. So I kept as far away from people as I could when I was smoking, and carried that over into vaping.
