Hi Y'all

Just got back from vacation in Cancun. Wanted to share a couple thoughts.

Preparation:
I thought I had packed everything I needed:
30ml container of my favorite juice - VG blend High Caliber Red & White. This lasted the entire week of moderate all day vaping.
3 2000mAh 18650's with charger - 1 battery lasted an entire day+ with no issues, always had a battery ready
2 atomizer tanks: Mini Vivi Nova with the extra included atomizer heads and a Vision eGo
Lambo 4.0 PV - Variable Voltage mod. Worked great, no issues

I was close to having all I needed but came up short on atomizer heads...
On the 4th day of the trip I dropped my PV with the Vivi on it and the tank fell apart. The base separated from the bottom threads. I was able to pop it back together but it was somewhat unreliable after that. The Vision eGo 2.0 worked like a champ until the atomizer head caked up with carbon and burnt juice. I lost all flavor and got nothing but burnt juice. I switched back to the iffy Vivi tank and a day later, I got the burnt taste in the Vivi. Using the one of the extra atomizer heads for spare parts, I rebuilt the Vision eGo atomizer tip and vaped the rest of the trip problem free. Lesson learned: Bring extra atomizer heads.

Experience vaping at a resort in Mexico - Excellent.
I openly vaped in the hotel lobby, by the pool, in the outdoor lounge area and at the beach. In the lounge one night, I vaped next to a group who initially gave me the "OMG you're smoking next to me" look. They soon realized my odorless vapor wasn't anything that bothered them so they stopped the stink eye look. Some people asked about it, more curiosity than annoyance. The staff were very curious and asked lots of questions. One guy who seemed familiar with ecigarettes said "that's the biggest one of those I've ever seen". I think the same guy walked out of the plane bathroom smelling of cigarettes on the flight home. I didn't attempt to vape on the plane, but if someone can sneak a quick analog without setting off the smoke detector, I'm very sure vaping wouldn't have been an issue.

Almost 3 weeks and 1 vacation into my vaping experience and I'm glad to be stepping away from the analogs.

Happy Vaping

MrA
