I'm another big fan of having higher nic around. I'll pretty much vape anything, but absolutely early in the morniing it will be a 24 or higher.

At work I may have a 12 - 15 on a pass-through, but still have 20 or 24 on the battery.

At night I either keep it lower, 12 - 15, or simply vape less often.

I'm getting back into exercising in the early evening, too, which helps sleep. low resistance cartos are all I'll use, or higher voltage.

What is it with the colors anyway? I can (barely) read the purple text. Some folks who have the blue, well, maybe they're the most erudite, wonderful posters since Adam, but I won't ever know it, as I can't read it as-is, and can't be arsed to highlight it to make it visible, because it's still hard to read.

To the OP, I say relax and let it happen. When you want a tobacco cig, just vape the crap out of your PV, and stay on task. You'll notice that the craving passes. At least it does for me.

I haven't smoked since picking up the PV, but I still want to from time to time. Especially at home, when I want to read. In the past, I'd go out in the garage and smoke/read for an hour straight. Now I just sit in the living room in a comfy chair, with better light and much better temperature control, and enjoy my PV and my book.

I think I'm going to buy a 10ml of an analog replication e-juice at a high nic level and keep a tank on me at all time to help curb these cravings. Hopefully that will get me right!

Thanks again for all the support, it really does help. I'm pretty certain the people here are as helpful in quitting as the PVs themselves!
