I don't even know what to say. I have had lots of PT issues in the last 7-8 weeks or so, going through 3 auto PT's. My 3rd one went to its grave last week, so I decided to order a manual PT hoping that I would have better luck. They shipped my order out asap, and it arrived today. I couldn't believe my eyes. They didn't send me one manual PT, they sent me 3 manual PT's. Three. Not only that, I had been having some issues with two 5ml bottles of Mint juice. They sent me a 30ml bottle of Mint juice to replace the two 5ml bottles. Unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable.

Everyone here knows that Steve and the crew at V4L takes care of their customers, but this goes WAY beyond "taking care" of customers. This falls into...well...I have no idea what category it falls into, but this is generosity to the extreme.

Steve, Mark, V4L, I have no idea how to thank you properly but I'm going to try anyway. Thank you so, so much. I can't tell you what this meant to me. I literally, embarrassing as this is, felt like crying when I opened up the package. I've been staying off the smokes, and being without a PT was making it harder. Now I don't have to worry about that. I have backups! Again, thank you so incredibly much!

Yup. on a scale of 1 to 10 on customer service, V4L has consistently provided me with about a 30. And that's no exaggeration (can't stress that enough). I just wish I had have bought a house from V4L. or even a car.

That'd be an interesting thread to start... "Imagine you bought a house from V4L. Write about how you imagine the first year would go"... hehe.
