My cough is gone, and DH says my snoring has definitely decreased. I ued to sing. Not professionally, but as a hobby and lots of karaoke. I haven't done it in a few years because I lost part of my range due to smoking. Two days ago I was singing to the radio in the car and realized I could hit a note that I thought was lost forever. Now I'm thinking it's possible the vocal cord damage may not have been permanent!

:::fingers crossed:::

My singing range has improved, too! Went out for karaoke after 2 weeks of not smoking, and was thrilled at how much my voice had improved - I'm excited to try some new songs!

i tried smoking the amount i used to for a day after 4 months of vaping because i was out of preferred juice and it was a nightmare. woke up the next day dizzy, blotchy, out of breathe with heartburn.. thought i was going to die. dont know how i used to do that... :blink: never again. i even went to the doctor.. my blood pressure was way over normal. jeez.
