you'll notice, I'm sure, that the bottom half is 3.27mm and the top half is 3.08mm
so, today I made a serious attempt at the "no-post". I want to thank T-cad for helping me with some advice. I was successful in fabricating the thing I had in mind. And yet, (and this is the glory moment here, so grab your package. .. . . . ) just not worth it. Basically . . . . . . total waste of time.
To much of a hassle to fab or doesn't perform as expected ?

Just a heads up... MFS has 100mg unflavored at $50/L all month. I didn't order any to be sent to my new post deployment apartment... Nope.... Sure didn't...

Dumping their stock before the 8th ya think? That's awfully cheap.
I've used MFS nic base for DIY..It has a rather funny after taste.
Suppose to be the best..I was going to order some before I gave up on DIY..May give it another shot as I have a bunch of Inawera flavors:

I used Inawera tobaccos..good flavors but that MFS nic didn't go well with those.
I use for my unflavored. I think it's YMMV. I've heard the taste thing before and people say they like Wizard labs better. for me it was the Wizard lab bottle that had a funny taste.
I also think it matters what VG/PG ratio you get also. I get 100% VG
