I've been a bit distracted lately and not sure what the shells are and have no clue what the Dublin is. Basically just letting you know I am still hanging around at #229 and curious about the new mentions. :)

Yes. In in essence, that is the case. There is one master list that drives my schedule and indicates the order in which people have expressed interest in one of my mods. That is the list I consult when rounding up folks for the next run.

There are, however a few nuances involved . . .. . entangled by the incursions of happenstance (i.e. me coming up with multiple designs/products and/but still just remaining a single person with the two hands and the one single reality timeline). One is that I am taking notes when people express interest in something other than the original mod (dna shell, Dublin'). This is primarily for my personal use; to get a sense of how much interest there is in these other options. (The second I will weave back in momentarily *.) So, these "notes" I've taken (which, end up looking like long, stringy things, comprised of names in order of data entry) have absolutely no bearing on my fabrication schedule. They are not lists, in that they, of themselves, do not dictate any action.

As I started making other types/parts of mods, I thought one would simply choose when their name came up on the master list. However, I've since realized that that would be more complicated and impractical on the shop floor than I care to deal with. So, rather than make them concurrently, I will be gathering "opters" for DNA shells from multiple runs and doing little batchlets of those between/after the pertinent runs. When I do that, set up the tools and go through the series of fabricating operations, it makes sense to round out the batch for efficiency's sake. So, rather than spend a "week" making 6 shells for list people, I want to go ahead and spend a "week+a day or two" making 10 shells. And distributing the extras to those who want that specific product*. (←there's the "weave back in").

Example:

I'm starting run#8 right now. On the Master list, I encountered requests for 4 dna shells among the people who's turn has come. That's not enough to trigger a mini-batch of shells. So I've asked them to wait a bit while I make the batch of Sumpin'. I will see, as I'm harvesting the list for run#9, how many are there who want to opt for dna as well. Then, after run#9, I'll slip in a short session (~1 week) devoted to shells in order to satisfy the people on the Master List who have opted for such when their turn came up. If that proves to be 6-8 shells, I will round it out to a batch of 10 by consulting my notes on dna shell interest.

It's a bit complicated; but it's the best I can do to honor the precedence of the Master List, be creative in my pursuits, offer people all those options, and not lose my mind or my shirt. :)

Obviously these are for the guys only. While a DNA style PDib creation would be perfect for me I do not posses either the knowledge and ability to do the DIY part, nor do I apparently have all of the necessary body parts.

Testes????? What exactly are their testes going to do with them?

Thank you 2pak. :)

While I would absolutely LOVE a shell I don't have the necessary expertise to put all the parts together, the Dublin is a bit large for me. :)

The shells are for a 3d DNA mod claudia. The Dublin is a dual 18650 mod. Non bottom feeder.
