I did a resin cast for ValHeli. It was by no means hard to work with. The only question is how it will hold up with dissimilar materials expanding and contracting, perhaps at different rates. If the bond between the materials is solid, it should be no problem.

And I thought I was just being ridiculous. Wow I should have known there isn't anything you can't work with.
