Honestly I think you should just call it a night and go to sleep. Get a replacement tomorrow--unscrew it in the store before you take it home.

I know this isn't going to help with the tank, but instead of smoking a cigarette perhaps you could buy one of those disposables to tide you over?

eNjoy King is the best of the disposables, IMO. It's expensive, but it will tide you over. Get the lower nic--the 45 mg is way too high.

WOW, you beat the snot out of that poor ole BCC mega, lol. I had the same issue with mine, but eventually got it unscrewed. Havn't had that issue since then, though. In fact, I'm using it right now.
Running it under hot water will cause the orings to swell, so that may have been a step in the wrong direction. Sorry you've had a bad experience with yours, hope it all works out for you!

+1. I'm 2 months in and was just in the Ill see how this goes mode and now have 9 batteries and I run 10 tanks of juice at any given time. I thought I had issues until I read about other peoples, so now Im comfortable with mine.
Good luck on your current problem.
When you get back to the store, pick up a box or 3 of regular cartomizers 'just in case', weather you replace the tank or end up buying something else. It sounds like they may have over tightened it, or the threads seized up. Good Luck!

just an update, I GOT IT! my friend and tried with two pliers, one on the piece and one on the mouth piece and it worked!!!!
