I was wondering if some kind of tiny yet effective bleed valve in top cap could be added to equalize pressure as the coil/atty/whatever heats the juice...something one way;

...or would that promote leakage?

Just brainstorming to see what is the ''below 50% juice lvl leak'' thing might be caused by;

Say,would unscrewing the top ring do the same trick?

caps are sealed martin. The only thing we can seal is the mouthpiece. Something that we cant do.
