Well it's worth the wait for either an iAtty or UFS. My favorite is the UFS, that thing just rocks with attys or cartos. Patience is a virtue my friend

I have no doubt in my mind that anything Imeo brings to market will be of not only excellent quality but function as well... the UFS is super cool and I will get one of those when I can but I really like the idea of the rebuildable atomizer tank combo... I also like to tinker with stuff so for me rebuilding a coil will actually be fun...

I'm still struggling to understand Imeo's production / marketing model. It seems like everything he makes is sold out within 3 hours of release (I missed the iAtty by an hour), sells for 1.5x minimum on the classifieds and is collectable. It also seems that he seldom makes more than one or two runs of any of his products, before moving on to the next new thing. Some, but not all, spare parts are available for the units, and most that come available get snapped up in a flash. He's moving on to the next great project while people are clamoring for more of the last. I love every device I've managed to acquire, but I've got some huge gaps in my collection. Is he an inventor who gets bored with his inventions and has to move on? Is he an artist who is maintaining the value of his art by limiting the number of prints? Is he a businessman who is undercapitalized and can't front the cost of higher volume production? Whatever the case, there is a large contingent of unfulfilled demand for his products. Once he's developed the manufacturing process, why does it take so long to make another run? Why does he drop production of established models? * Sigh * I'll just be quiet and get back in line for the next (the last?) run of the iAtty...

I don't want to ruffle any feathers myself but to fully appreciate the GG series is to understand that Imeo is not just cranking out products - He is putting himself into each piece. It has been said many times over but I'll repeat it again. Imeo could have stopped creating with the Grant or the first GGTS and licensed it and made a fortune.

But again, that is not what the GG series is about. I understand that to some a PV is just another piece of hardware. That is no insult but is a fact. The facts are though that the GG series represents more than just hardware to Imeo and to the GG followers. As Para has said (and many others), it is functional art.

Imeo is never satisfied with his work. He works day after day and year after year to bring the best products made with the best materials he can find. In spite of my self-deprecating humor I am an educated man. I am fully aware of business models and they serve mass quantity production well in many cases.

But Imeo is not trying to make the most money nor the most pieces. He is making the best pieces and as I already said, every GG item you hold in your hand has a little bit of Imeo in it as well. Sure, as only one man, that means a limit to the amount of pieces and it makes the line between a business and an artform somewhat fuzzy. I waited for months for my first GGTS and I have no complaints.

Some things are simply worth the wait. With the GG series, there is no hidden meaning or market strategy as to numbers produced. There is simply Imeo, living his passion to satisfy every vaper he can out there. For most of us and especially for me, it doesn't get any better than that.

In a world of supersonic speeds and instant everything, Imeo refuses to compromise his work. That may mean it isn't for everyone but again, not all appreciate art. Art is created, not manufactured in the traditional sense. And whether all like that approach or not, had Imeo chosen another path, there are many innovations that mass produced PV's have that Imeo first brought to market.

There are many pieces I want very badly myself but like anything else worth having in life, if it's worth having, it's worth waiting for. Sorry for the wall of text but "fan boy" or not, this is truly how I feel about Imeo and his art.

It's worth waiting to buy directly through an authorized reseller..
This way, at least you know where's it's been.

Not to get "cosmic" on you guys, but things absorb energy.. When I hold my TMF SS GGTS, it feels like it was made for me by Imeo. There were no other intermediaries hiking prices, exploiting naive newbie vapers, etc... No negative energy...
Everything is an exchange of a kind of energy.. When I buy direct, what I receive is FMF (From my friend, Imeo).
When it's between Imeo and me, it's the best.

Be patient and wait.

When I got my SSGGTS I had hoped it was the TMF model. It wasn't. :(

I had posted earlier with Imeo (and others) that I liked his idea of the TMF model while some didn't like it. To each his own but for me, the TMF model represented something personal, as in Imeo making it personally for me and me only. Kind of like I was sitting in a chair in Imeo's shop drinking coffee and chatting with him about this or that while he created my SSGGTS.

I love handmade artisan quality items and those not massed produced and to me, the TMF model represents a personal touch. Exactly the kind of thing you would do for a friend.

Sorry for my short messages the past few days but I am working a little hard to make some things for GG

We love you Imeo -- in a manly way, of course!!!:thumb: Too bad you cannot find a trusted relative/associate in Greece but I am with you, if it has your name it had better be right and no one knows better than the maker........:)
