It's funny how when I'm in the grocery or hardware store I now suddenly see everything through ProVari goggles. Like "how can I turn this end of summer sale bamboo tiki torch into a battery extension or beauty ring?" True story.

Do you know that some of the brackets for putting a flag on your house look like cool mod stands?

What an amazing collection of Provaris!!!!!!

I want one of those black stands, just cant justify the money for a block of wood.

So where are the pics? I've got a red mini, Very sexy with the skull and crosssoard emblem on the bottom cap. Just an idea of what I think about a Provari.
Been thinking about a Zombie provari now. (oh the shame of it all). NOT

#1 Seems heavier than most, heavier than my SB

#2 Threads are smoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooth like butter, closest to my SB, but better.

#3 Has a good hit, the best hit? I don't think so... just a good hit. 4.5 oHm is where I sit, but I don't play with VV much...

I thought about it some more. Yes, the flavor was good. I was using a VVV polypro tank with MBV Green Apple - my favorites... and the apple is a bit muted with a Boge carto. So, I must admit that the juice was more flavorful with the Provari and a Boge polypro tank.

Do I get a good flavor with a RBA and my eGo or Bolt or clone? Mmmm, yes, I get as good a flavor with a RBA or Protank and a basic clone.

#4 Button is soft and glides better than anything else I have ever had.

#5 I may not keep it :/ Can't vape without accidentally changing the screen and raising the oHm. This is why I PIFd all of my VV/VW mods except my eVic. I CAN'T just sit and VAPE, instead I have to wait so many seconds unless I can CUT THE SCREEN OFF.

Does anyone know how to cut the screen off? I couldn't find it in the instructions.

It doesn't sound like you're using it quite right or something is very wrong.

Let's say it's just sitting there. You pick it up and click 5 times quickly and it will go to power up, two more clicks to power down, etc.
When you've set the power level at whatever you like, release the button and give it a second or two for the screen to go dark. Then you just press the firing button and vape. The only thing I can think of is that you're firing before it's set.

One of the reasons I prefer the ProVari to the Vamo is because with the Vamo I often press the adjust buttons when I press the fire button. There's no way to shut off the ProVari menu screen because it won't turn on without clicking it 5 times. If it's changing on you if you just pick it up and vape, you need to contact ProVape.

ETA: Scroll down to "instruction manuals" and you can download a pdf of the manual.

ProVari Variable Voltage Ecig: Best Variable Voltage E Cig Available!

I think that I must be pushing in the button too quickly - like I take multiple hits too close together and it triggers the menu to start Pu and ends up raising the settings :/ I've been trying this AM and have the same problem, repeatedly... there are other PVs that do the same thing and I've always PIFd them away out of irritation. This really sucks LOL Either I SLOW my vaping down or use another mod LOL

As far as 5 clicks to power on, this is right... but 2 more to power off? I have to scroll through the menu for Po and then choose Off.

The menu is 5 clicks to turn the menu on, which comes on Pu (power up)
- -
Pd (power down)
- -
Po (power on/off)
- -
Cb (check battery - how much charge is left)
- -
Ao (checks the resistance of the attached device)
- -
Lo (LED on/off - you can still vape, but the lights are off)

There is about 1/2 a heartbeat between clicks or you will go passed what you want. If you do, want until the screen goes dark and 5 click again or round robin through the menu.

If you've set the power level and let the screen go dark, then you just vape. I can't see how you would push the buttons quickly enough in the middle of a vape to turn the menu on.

Try putting it down for a minute. Then pick it up and take a long drag while holding the button firmly (the ProVari button is "centered" and if you don't keep firm pressure on the center, it will shut off). Did it work?

*There is no "power off" unless you want to turn it completely off and put it in your purse or something. I have never turned mine off.

Thanks for taking the time to help me out, Ocelot <3 I think it's just that when I get into a vape rage I push the button, suck in vape, release - push the button, suck in vape, release - push the button, suck in vape, release - and the menu cuts on. I think it is just my personal style of holding the button and vaping. Eh, I will deal with it since there is no alternative.

Have you considered a bottom-feeder? They are tied with the ProVari as my favorite devices. You just fill up the bottle and press the button.
