Hi, I've just returned from my doctor and my lung function has increased noticeably since I last had the test in April. In April I was still smoking about 10 a day and had been vaping since February, at the end of April I smoked my last cigarette and have not had one since. My reading in April on the one test was 66, which my doctor said indicated mild COPD, it is now just above 70 which is above the COPD range. I have not been exercising more since I've been exclusively vaping, my excuse was that I didn't want to skew the lung function test results, but I'm definitely going to start now, and will go for a test every 6 months to see how my lungs are doing.

Congats Gavin! My doc said yesterday that my lungs sound better than they have in the last 10 (ten, TEN) years! He called tonight all excited that my blood tests were ALL normal! I am waiting for the written results so that I can compare line items since my tests 3 months ago were skewed because of smoking!!!! YEAH!

My complete results and docs comments are posted in success stories on this thread!
