No, I missed out on the Shockwave due to a, how to put it politely... disagreement with the website. I do not have any Super T mods. My wife got a P+ 18350 of classies yesterday so I can check hers out when it gets here but I am kind of fence sitting on them right now for myself.

I took machine shop many years ago in high school and have always had a deep appreciation for finely crafted metal objects so they sound right up my alley. Just working on washing out the bad taste yesterday's experience left in my mouth with the whole selection process. Already detailed that elsewhere and I do not want to beat a dead horse by fetting into it again here or come across as negative as I can tell they are fine mods made by a fine company.

I have chosen to purchase a precise+18500 to sit my Hellfire on, the diameters are a perfect match. However, with the new models, the channels in the top cap are unnecessary for a genesis atomizer. So I thought of picking up an old one of the scratch and dent sale but they're all out. Then I thought of the new DIY sale, but those are the Kiklet top caps with even more channels cut out. So forced fuel, I am wondering, is there any way to either get the DIY (preferably because of faster shipment time and I will polish it either way) or new version with a flat top cap and no channels cut out (old style)? Please let me know, thank you for your time :]

I think David said he was going to make another batch with no channels but not for awhile. I could be wrong on that. The other option would be to buy one of the new ones and see if someone would like to trade you an old cap for a new one. I'd think someone out there would want to make that trade.

I think i may still have a few of those lying around. If you make a note in the comments section of your order that you want the old style flat, i should be able to dig one up for you.
