while im not taking any sides. I will agree with the 'you really don't know unless you tried it" hook. i too started with nova's and clearo's ad thought they were the bomb, but what did I know i started with plain ol carts. I still recommend them for newbs and beginners because they just work.
then got a cheapy phoenix style rebuldable and went through about 2 feet of wire messing it up over and over , then I got it and wow what a difference, so i tried a genesis style cheapo like the one in the pic, and wow. now im waiting for my cobra so i can try 2 wicks/coils and want a ZAP as well. i still use a mini nova for work but it taste like it's broken now. i cannot believe the difference in flavor and nic hit from the same juices. there is no way to describe it, if something works and your happy with it be happy and enjoy, but in vaping never try to knock the things you havent tried because you wont make a valid argument until you have.

yes you could have but you did not. See the knurled nuts in the picture thats what tightens so you will have no screws to strip.
Also I have tried $6 Stardust 15$ ViVi 8$ clearos of various makers and most of the higher end stuff how about you? Are you making your comparison out of experience or assumption?
If so You assume because something cost 6$ It is better? I just don't follow your logic
Law of Logical Argument - Anything is possible if you don't know what you are talking about.

1. the nuts have to go on something, don't they? Or do they just float on a cloud of vapor? (see them things the nuts go on? For the mechanically uninformed, they are called "screws")

2. When one of the criteria is price- $150 vs $6 matters. It isn't a clearo, and it isn't inexpensive. You may have answered "a" question, but it isn't the one being asked. You might as well have answered "Toyota" for all the relevance your answer has.

Yes the nuts do go on screws but you do not tighten the screws hence you will not strip the screws. I suppose if you took a pair of needle nose pliers and tried you could get the nuts to damage the screws with a little effort but doubt it will happen with your thumb and index finger.
Yes you are correct It dose not pertain to the question but Clearos ViVis are trying to mimic things such as the Spheroid and other similar mods for a cheaper price so it has a lot of relevance .
Why buy a cheap ok preforming product when you can get something that works so much better and in the long run save money to boot.

I've found different clearos make different juices taste different. A certain watermelon may taste better in a Stardust than a nova, while a peach may taste better in a nova as opposed to a Stardust. Its all trial & error. This is why over time I have come to use stardusts & vivi novas, they're the cheapest, easiest, and do what I need them to do, depending on what juice I'm using.

In keeping with the title of this thread, it's Kanger T3s all the way for me.

Agreed Ive managed to take this persons simple question and turn it in something completely different My apology bentandshallow. I will politely step down from my soap box and bow out;-)

Are you using the same volts and ohm's, cause that just seems odd.

I wouldn't worry. Most threads get expanded upon and become very informative. Plus, no one can truly answer this question as it is subjective. What might be the best to me might be the worst for you.

Vaping in general is very much trial and error.

That is probably due to two things.

- Different resistances
- Different coil spacing on the wick

I've been buying various clearos left and right trying to see which I like the best. I can't remember the various version numbers but I know that so far I prefer long wick over short wick. I have decided that I like top coil better because I prefer a warm vape. And my least favorite is the wickless one I have- which is bottom coil. My most recent favorite is this:

Mountain Oak Vapors | Bauway Ego Style CE4 "Clearomizer" - 2.6ohm

I have only seen a handful of people mention this version. It hasn't leaked a single drop onto my battery as my others have. It has good flavor and good vape production. And I enjoy the little crackles that it makes :p. I haven't rinsed it out yet, so I'll see how that goes. I don't care for how cheapo they look but that's not too important. If anyone here has used these and knows where else I can get them in other colors, please let me know.

I recently got my first mini nova and my first rebuildable "stardust" type clearo. Haven't tried them out yet. Avoided them at first because I didn't feel like fussing around with rebuilding anything. Now that I'm pretty much all about clearos and will most likely stick with them over cartos or the tanks and type c attys that I started with, I figure it's time to find something that will last me longer.

Didn't say any of them are better, but they sure are more cost efficient. Better is in the eye of the beholder, and is way to subjective to be measured.
Yes, I have Gennies & RBA's, Viva Nova's & Stardusts, T2's & T3's, 510 cartos & 801 cartos, and all sorts of different dripping atties, and they are all just different not better or worse. Each individual is free to decide for them self which one(s) they like the best.

Much of that is because of differences in air flow.
Way back when the little 510's and the like were king, we would adjust the taste by simply sliding an o-ring up or down so that it would partly cover the connector .. thus changing the air flow.
