Inadvertently created a new flavor

... but I don't recommend it. My brother has a few pv's that someone gave him, so I took an empty tank with me yesterday so we could play with the flavors. He was trying mine, I was trying his, placing a few drops of juice on the atty at a time and blowing it out in between flavors. When we finished testing flavors, I blew it out good again and filled it with my pomegranate blackberry blueberry. Took a big vape and... WOW, robitussin! I hope I never manage to recreate that one! LOL

I am curious as to what he has, though. It is an ego (or ego type, no name on it), same size as my ego T, but it has the cone, the atty is skinnier and the wick is exposed at the top, and a round black tip, about the size of a cartomizer- maybe a little smaller- that is hollow. He has just been adding a few drops of juice directly to the atty at a time.

He had a cartomizer and drip tip that he had ordered, and thanks to the videos that I had found through this site, I was able to show him how to use it. I also told him that he could use the tank systems on it.

He is still using analogs in addition to vaping, but maybe some of my enthusiasm rubbed off on him yesterday.

There are a few different versions of T-tanks, but it sounds like your brother maybe be using a regular atty with a cart. he's definately direct dripping

Yep, ces, direct dripping sounds right. Not bad for a free setup. I wish someone had given me 2 egos! lol

Tersur, so far so good with the tanks for me. Of course I have only been using them less than 2 weeks. I think I am going to order some cartomizers to try though, and maybe a clearomizer too. Both of which means I need a cone. Oh, 2 cones cause I have 2 pv's, and God forbid I have to use a black cone on my purple battery or vice versa. And a drip tip. Or two. And I am already working on quite an e juice collection. This is getting to be an epensive hobby.

Speaking of the clearomizers... I was looking at Clear 2.5ml 510 ClearOmizer this one. any thoughts on it?

And Smoktech 510 Dual Coil Mega Cartomizer this is listed as a cartomizer instead of a clearomizer, but it looks like it holds a good bit more. Anyone tried it?

Also gonna get some plain old boge cartos, but I like the larger capacity of these 2, in theory at least.

Welcome Tide , A lot of people play with flavors , some work , some don't . But that's part of the fun part . I mostly vape DIY stuff now , and most of my stuff is just whatever tastes good . I probably have at least 12 flavors , I vape at any one time . Most of my daily vapes were "discovered" like your cough syrup . But play around a bit , you will find a few that work . Mostly remember to only mix small amounts , so if it stinks , you don't mess up a big bottle or otherwise vapable juice .

That reminds me of the bacon flavored juice thread that went around a while back. Most agreed that bacon flavored juice either smelled, tasted, or reminded them of PUKE! Yuuck.

Sounds like a 306 atomizer with a 306 drip tip. You said the wick is exposed...is it a wire mesh? If so, it's the 306.

I have an awesome chocolate flavor - mix just a couple drops with any fruit flavor and wow! Great stuff.

I inadvertently put tobacco flavor in a carto that I had used caramel mocha in. Great taste. People aid they smelled coffee when I was vaping. Said it had a pleasant smell.
