Inappropriate link?

I started a thread and included a relevant link to Twitter. That link was modded out as inappropriate. I just wondered why because it didn't seem so when I did it. I just want to understand the reasoning in hopes of not making the same mistake again.

If the destination contains language that is not permitted here, it's inappropriate.
