Ok so It's been a week since I started using the provari and drove myself nuts trying to get the right TH out of it. I had no idea about the PWM that baditude wrote about. Thanks for explaining.

Well after posting here and getting all your advice and comments, and switching tips (to a whistle style for a tighter fit), and changing the way I draw (correct term?) I'm happy to say I'm getting a really nice TH, just as intense as I like.

Thanks everyone for your help. And I must say this forum is full of really nice, caring people. And, trust me, I've been on forums that arent!

Okay, I use a wide bore drip tip since I drip. I'll have to scrounge around and see if I have something narrower for when I try the Provari. What did you change about your draw? Lol, not sure I'm willing to go that far.

Vandal with my curve I seem to draw two short draws and then inhale. With the provari one long draw, then inhale gets the result I need. It's still "smoother" than with the curve but just as satisfying - or maybe I'm getting used to it.

You may not have to switch. That's just what worked for me. As with everything else, it's what you're used too. After two days of this it's now automatic.

Okay, that's already the way I inhale- one long draw then inhale. Yay! Glad you got it to work for you! I'm waiting for some drip shields to come in before I throw an atty on my Provari. I am an overdripper and don't want to expose my Provari to that, lol.

Good job. :)

Now that brings back some memories :)
I was always holding a drip tip between my teeth when I dripped with that setup.
BTW, the drip cup on a Provari works very well.
