Indoor Vaping

Hubby and I vaped at Border's book store yesterday evening. Just held the vapor in for a little longer then let it out slow through the nose. Hardly any or no vapor at all to be seen. Simply cover end of PV so no one sees the LED light. Most people think you're simply chewing on the end of an ink pen or something ... lol.

yes! great idea. what a shame that the world is so ignorant about ecigs, but really, why not? it would look less silly than the box mods etc! and it would be socially acceptable.

What we need is someone to make a PV that looks like an inhaler. Then we could vape anywhere.

I grew up in CT.. moved away recently, I have family in Bristol.. I have vaped in public in CT but people definitely looked at me funny. I think we all get funny looks at times. Do what's comfortable for you, as long as you know your second hand "smoke" won't give them health issues or make them cough (for real anyway, I've had people do that fake cough and wave their hand in front of their face with my eGo.. I laugh at them and tell them it's not a cigarette, they turn red and shut up ha!). The PV's are still new, and not a whole lot of people use them... and cigarettes are so looked down on now. Have some patience and stick with what works for you!

So what do they do when you try to "put it out" on your arm? I did that for fun at bowling and you should have seen the jaw drop. Then she walked over and asked me about it.

Hopefully, sooner rather than later, more people will be educated on the in's and "out's" of vaporizors. The conspiracy theorist in me still thinks that Big Tobacco and Big Pharma will try to keep us down, as they are obviously going to lose $$$$ as this GREAT alternative to smoking catches on. Anyway, I take mine to work in my pocket and use it secretively in the bathroom if the need arises. There are 4 or more of us now, and as soon as word got out that we had them, an e-mail from admin arrived in our directors inboxes saying that the "apparatuses" were not allowed in the facility (a hospital). As a nurse, I would love to see my patient's utilizing a vaporizor instead of sneaking out to have a cigarette. Oh well.... some day....

i feel a bit uncomfortable vaping in public places ive only vaped at waffle house at like 3 in the morning because i hadnt smoked really since all the texas smoking bans happend so i also hadnt been to the awful waffle in a long long time and the two went hand in hand when i smoked,,so i went in ordered a cup of coffee and enjoyed myself i was told i couldnt smoke explained to the waitress what was up with my pv and she left me alone but others just stared at me kinda the whole time i was in the place made me feel very odd so i dont know if i will be vaping anywhere indoors but at home or my girlfriends house(her family smokes anyway) i even went outside to vape when i was doing a concert at this club in dallas

Too funny!

I actually vape in my office at work. Everyone in the office refers to my PV as a crack pipe.

Everyone at work was cool about it to a point until i brought in my box mod and everyone thinks its a bomb switch of some kind until i take a puff. My boss says "NO its his crack pipe"

Yah I get a lot of funny looks at my college which just underwent a campus wide smoking ban. I ended up protesting it though to the dean of the school who didn't know what the hell an e-cig was to begin with. She was totally intrigued by it and had no problems with allowing its use on campus. She even asked me to guest speak about it at the college's next meeting.
